Picture is not that great for accuracy but it didn’t fit on my dumbell. Basically its for small dumbells.

They are made of plastic so I don’t know how long they will last. But so far they do the job quite well. For the price, if they last more than a year, I would say it was a good purchase.

The Yes4All Kettlebell Grip is a fantastic addition to my workouts. It’s sturdy, providing a comfortable grip for various exercises. Its versatility in converting dumbbells into kettlebells is impressive, and its compact design makes it easy to store. It fits most of our Cap / Third party no-name weights. It locks tightly and does what it was made to do. This saved a ton of money being able to not purchase a number of kettlebell’s and instead using our existing weights
