Love these, I just wish they came with more
These are super cool, and a great way to add some life to your gaming space, especially if you already have rgb involved.The app is super simple, and they are extremely easy to get setup, and working rite out of the box.My only qualm is that the starter set comes with 7 panels, which really isn’t enough imo to create a nice design. So your almost forced to purchase 1 or 2 more of the 10 pack panel add-on’s if you really want to make something other then a line on the wall.But that being said these are great, and I’m absolutely going to purchase more!!HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Highly Recommend for Light/Gaming
Nanoleaf Shapes Triangles is seriously the best $200 I’ve spent to enhance, intensify, amplify, and augment, my desktop workstation, a.k.a. my battlestation. This customizable piece of light art creates a moody atmosphere based on a multitude of color, style, light patterns, and visual effects. The brightness of this product can be dimmed by a percentage interval to stylize the room to one’s satisfaction, contentment, and pleasure. The Nanoleaf set up is so easy with all the tools and easy-to-follow instructions. I highly recommend this product to any light/gaming enthusiast and/or devotee.

Overpriced setup with loads of issues
Not what youâd expect at this price point. I purchased the full size triangles pack for about $150. First impression was good. They were easy to connect and install. They work with signal rgb which is why I got them in the first place. They initially gave my office space a super cool vibe. That lasted about two days before they started sagging and then completely fell off the wall. They took the paint right off with them so discovering them on the floor with chunks missing from the wall was a pretty big disappointment. They do not provide extra mounting strips so I had to purchase some of my own to reinstall them. Once reinstalled, only one of them works now (the one that connects the controller and power cable). Most likely this is due to a faulty connector. Even more annoying is the fact that they give you zero extra connectors. They give you just enough to connect each shape with a single connector. For $150 I wanted a nice decorative lighting system that would bring joy and comfort to my office space. Instead, it gave me a huge headache and a project to now fix my wall⦠They donât mention the lighting issue(s) in the manuals provided so yeah, lots of wasted time doing research to identify an issue that isnât even fixable without spending even more money. I mean, Iâd expect all this from a $50-80 off brand setup. I thought I was paying more for something that was truly plug and play. Itâs not. Be prepared to spend on the product itself, a premium mounting adhesive (the one they give you is just plain garbage) AND an additional set of their very specific connectors for another $50 or so. All in, itâll cost well over $230 to get this relatively small and basic setup working properly. If thatâs worth it to you, go for it. If not, protect your peace and donât buy these. Wish I hadnât.

Not user friendly.
So when I bought this for a Christmas gift, I also got the Govee hexagons. This product REQUIRES you to be logged in to iCloud in order for you to control it from your phone. Spent 3 days with an error message trying to get this to like up. Which is dumb since it’s Bluetooth. No issues with android set up. Also, 1 of the panels doesn’t get the same color as the others when calibrating. And it fades in and out while the others stay lit. Clearly a malfunction.None of these issues were present with the Govee. Easy set up, easy app, all panels work perfectly. 2 stars because of the iCloud error and a defective panel. Super frustrating.

Great to add a spark!
I have loved having my Nanoleaf Lights since I purchased them. They have definitely added a good spark to my room and help with adding solid colors. Instillation was relatively easy for the shapes and the ability to arrange them in the app the picture it on your wall using AI is super helpful. The lights themselves are plenty bright with vibrant colors and smooth transitions. Two things I have noticed is that the color transition and vibrancy change greatly when at lower brightness levels (below 10%) if using moving scenes. Second, the connectivity occasionally doesnât work and requires them to be reset. Finally, while they do incorporate with smart home systems such as apple homekit, the functionality is severely decreased unless using the app directly! Overall great product!

One if the triangles had a defect. I contacted Nanoleaf directly and after a few validations, they sent a replacement triangle at no fee.

Firstly letâs talk about how much I love these.I tested all the functions. They all work perfectly. Easy to install, look amazing in my game room. Very calming. I love that you can control very thing from an app or voice command through Alexa.Now letâs talk about Amazon, the packaging and what happened to these on the way?- first didnât like that they didnât ring the door bell. This product is expensive and they just put it on the stoop and left.- second upon opening the box it looked like this was possibly a used item by the way the box was ripped. The panels them self moved around loosely. Would have to taken a lot of force to break that card board. Very much not impressed with that. What did they do to this box? However the tape wasnât broken and it didn’t look like it had been reattached. Upon further inspection everything seemed to be there and untouched. Had a light scratch on one of the panels however you canât see it unless you hold it on an angle. Still not impressive.Note to Amazon maybe donât have Ace Ventura delivering for you?
