Bought this bookshelf to match my other home office furniture and it looks great. It was very easy to assemble by myself and the result is a sturdy bookcase without any tipping.

Missing parts.
I like this bookshelf very much. It’s attractive and sturdy and meets my purpose. However, when I got ready to assemble it, I discovered there was an error with the brackets. There were four “E” brackets and no “F” brackets. There were supposed to be two of each. I tried to correct the problem by just getting the missing brackets but was told I would have to pack up and return the entire bookshelf and I would be sent a new one. Since I’m older and live alone that was not as easy as it might seem. My son-in-law was able to do some drilling and bending and get the brackets to work, but what was supposed to be a 20-minute assembly ended up taking over an hour. A little quality control and/or a way of replacing missing parts would have made this a much better experience.

Iâm really pleased with this purchase. I ordered the âVintageâ wood color and I was worried it would look too âknotty pine-ishâ based on the photosâ¦but itâs actually a nice rich looking finish. It was very easy to assembleâ¦30 mins max and Iâm a clutz with these things. Itâs also fairly lightweight, so itâs easy to move around once itâs assembled. Iâm using mine as a sofa table for now.
