Works great!
I purchased this flooring cutter to use with Luxury Vinyl flooring installations. I have used it when replacing carpet with LVT on a whole house and in replacing flooring in another room. It has worked great! I haven’t used the sharpening stone yet (probably should) but the cuts are clean. The only caution is that the guides need to be firmly in their positioning holes or your LVT can slip under them and then not be cut square. Not an issue per se, but something to be aware of when using this item.

It’s effective as advertised.
It’s very easy to use and it’s really effective. I preferred this brand over other highly rated brands which promised more features like length wise or angled cut simply because it didn’t have negative reviews like others but it would be even better if it had those features as well.

Great snapper.
This is a great floor snapper. Works on extra thick LVP and makes clean cuts. Easy assembly and comes with a sharpening stone for if it gets dull. We had to rent one of these snappers at $68 from a specialty floor store because Home Depot didnât carry a snapper for LVP. We rented this like 10 times at about $68 a pop. Do yourself a favor and buy yourself one of these if you buy extra thick LVP. Totally worth it.

Really well made cutting tool, easy to use, cuts are straight. Made cutting 45 deg and other angles easy depending on width of plank and length of angles. I installed 9 inch planks and didnât have any problems.

A very handy tool when working with laminate flooring. Especially in the winter when itâs uncomfortably cold to run a mitre saw outside. Can cut right where you are installing, no running back and fourth to a saw. Takes a bit of downward force but that is to be expected. Quite satisfied with this tool.

Used this to cut hybrid wall panels (same as hybrid floors, but for walls).This cutter has handled them with ease. I bought it for ease of cutting, but quickly realised just how clean the cut looks. No way I would get this clean looking cut if I was scoring with knife or using a saw.I’m about to install hybrid floors as well shortly. I’m looking forward to this, after a very easy install of the walls.The only negative I can think of was the delivery wait time. Took over a month to get mine delivered to Sydney/AU.Otherwise, I’d buy this cutter again for sure!
