Does the dash camera always need to be charged?
Yes, the car camera should remain plugged into the car’s cigarette lighter for continuous operation. The internal battery has limited capacity and is used only for backup power.

So far, has worked flawlessly. The only complaint I’d have is that every time it runs through the 3 minute recording session, it beeps to indicate the end of the recording and beeps again when a new segment begins. I don’t want all that noise, and can’t find a way to shut it off. Otherwise, flawless

Clear video, decent quality
Front cam was easy install, haven’t gotten to the back one yet, but it’s probably just as easy.The QR code that takes you to play store, the reviews were terrible, and I don’t trust some apps, so I took one person’s review to getting an SD card reader/adapter instead. Looking at the videos, I can see how bad our roads really are, so glad my taxes fix something ð, but the videos are clear, even if they stop and restart every few minutes.I hope I can get into the menu to correct the time stamp and change kph to mph, other than that, I think this will be quite helpful in the event of any road problems, and it was a good deal.

Issues with two units – not recommended.
The first one had issues with recordings – sometimes it was skipping recordings, sometimes laggy recordings. Tried a different SD card with same results, so I returned for an exchange. The new one had different issues – some options in the menu were missing; the speed was only displayed in kmh and no mph; also the timestamp was automatically changed by the GPS and the time zone setup was missing. What is even worse, is their customer support – they replied to my first email after a week, with copy/paste (and useless) information about how to change the setting. No reply to my second one. I’m returning it for a refund.

Easy to set up and works just as advertised!
I just purchased a new car for my wife and started to get nervous of how other people drive around her (and her driving haha). Wanted to get something just in case something bad happens where there will be black and white proof of what happened. Well, I picked this one out because it looked fairly small and east to set up. It came in the mail nicely packed. Instructions were very clear and it only took about 30 minutes to have everything setup. The Cable length was more than enough to reach the rear of the car. The quality looks amazing. I can view it via the Bluetooth on my phone ( the app), or I can take the memory card out and slide it in my laptop. It took me a few minutes to orient myself with the features, but in no time I had it down. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase. Crossing my fingers, I won’t have to use it and everyone stays accident free!

Iâve been using this dashcam for a few weeks now, and Iâm genuinely impressed with the performance. Setup was super easy â the instructions were clear, and everything I needed was in the box. It took me less than 10 minutes to mount it and get it running.The video quality is excellent, both during the day and at night. I was surprised at how clear the footage is â even license plates are easy to read, which gives me peace of mind in case anything happens on the road. The wide-angle lens captures everything without any weird distortion.One feature I really appreciate is the loop recording and G-sensor â it automatically saves any clips where it detects a sudden impact or movement.
