So easy to use, I actually like to mop now.
One of the best things I’ve purchased. Super ease to use, love that I can spray as I mop and don’t have to take the pad off to rinse and squeeze out numerous times while using a separate spray bottle as I had been doing prior with a different mop system I had. With wrist pain issues and arthritis in my hands, this Bona mop is superb. Sprays great with a pump of the handle, lemon scent cleaner is pleasant, leaves no soapy streaks. I demonstrated it to a family member who plans to get one too. Another bonus is that the Bona mop works great for spraying and mopping my anti-fatigue mats in my kitchen. Makes it so much easier to keep my kitchen looking great. The only thing I wish it had was an extension on the handle for taller people (I’m 5’8″) as I feel that I have to lean forward just a bit while using it. Highly recommend this Bona mop system. Wish I had gotten it years ago.

Great for Tile Floors
Short version – 5 stars for the mop, 2 stars for the cleaning solution.I’ve struggled in the past to find a flat mop that works well on tile floors. I’ve tried both plain stick and spray models from Swiffer, O Cedar, Rubbermaid, etc… and found that the problem always seems to be the mop pad itself. They don’t glide well on my wood-grain tile floors unless they’re soaking wet. Honestly, I thought I’d have to revert to a string-style mop and bucket, which I hate. . Mopping was such a chore (I have over 1800sf of tile) that I’m ashamed to admit that weekly mopping was a thing of the past. But this Bona mop glides with ease, and still manages to remove all but 3 small spots of old stuck-on dirt, the stuff that no mop would remove. Everything else came up with ease. The sprayer works very well, and isn’t tiring even for my weak old lady hands. The cleaning solution tank’s screw cap makes it easy to refill and it slides into place with ease. It doesn’t leak, either, which some of my other spray mops did. This is a 5 star mop.I’m not so happy with the Bona hard floor cleaning solution. It doesn’t smell too bad (a bit strong, but not unpleasant), but it did make me cough a few times (I’m a super-smeller so my experience is likely extreme) my biggest complaint is that contrary to Bona’s claims, it does leave a residue behind. My shoes squeak on the mopped and dry kitchen floor, but not on the adjacent floors that haven’t been mopped. I’ll just continue to use water alone. I gave it 2 stars because it doesn’t leave streaks.

Perfect?
I love this mop. In the endless search for a mop that’s easy to use, this is a first. It works like a squirt bottle, no battery required. The solution smells pleasant and dissipates immediately. It doesn’t streak. Best of all, you can put your own solution in the bottle. The washable pads I already had are shorter than the one that comes with it, but they work on it. This might be the perfect mop for me.

Love it replaced my original boni mop. So much easier to refill. love the solution on my restored oak hardwood floors!

Great refill product, easy to mix

These are perfect refills for the gallon bottle, although I find it easier to add the water first and then the concentrate as doing it the other way around results in a lot of foam and difficult to completely fill it up with water.
