THE WORST EVER
DO NOT BUY THIS GRILL – The item came 7 days late, damaged and with missing parts. OK, I can deal with a small dent but missing some screws to put it together, not so much. So, I contacted the CS department, no response until midnight. This is when things went downhill. The CS department is in India and only answers emails a few hours a day. 10 emails later I have given my name, email and address, the model number and the name of my first born child (ok maybe not that) and I keep getting the same cut and paste email asking for the same information that has been going on for days. All I want is 4 screws, is that to much to ask??? I emailed and told them what I needed, so just send it. I called the 1-800 number only to be told a bunch of run around, I was on the phone for an hour trying to figure out how to get 4 screws sent to me and was told the distribution center needs the exact measurement of the screw and the description of it??? WHAT??? You have the model, send me the part. NOPE, I need the measurements of it and a description or they won’ know what to send I GIVE UP!!! SO…. DO NOT BUY THIS TRUST ME DON’T!!!! THE WORST CS EVER and I will probably get the screws in December. I am buying a new grill as they will not give me the option to return so just RUN!!On a good light, since Royal Gourmet will not accept the return and cannot use it, I have to appreciate AMAZON giving me a partial refund to purchase something else. Thank you Amazon for stepping in when Royal Gourmet could not.

Definitely not the greatest.Even after seasoning griddle it shows signs of wanting to rust. Less than 2 weeks old
