I love using the Black Mountain resistance band products. I order the workout chart as well on Amazon which helps expand my workouts

Foam rubber grips on handles are poor quality
The ankle straps have good Velcro and work for my usage. The door anchors are smallish if you have a 1/2 inch space above or below doors. Iâve never used the sleeve but I had to deduct a star for the smaller handles that rub my flesh with irritating plastic straps and the foam rubber grips are poor quality. If you want handles keep looking.

I am a 60-y/o active (not athletic) male. I first used resistance bands as part of a physical therapy regimen. Bands are so easy to use and very adaptable – unlike weight systems and various machines.
