Excellent product so far. However….
So far this product has come thru and performed pretty good on several uses; 12 volt & 24 volt systems. However for about 2 thousands dollars; you’ll get only 2 ft. Of connecting cables. For most applications, it’s not enough to adequately use the system. Noco can and should do better then that. They almost force to spend an additional $400 dollars on their 6 ft. Connecting cable.

2-Foot Cables are a JOKE for this kind of money.
Bought the GB500 Boost Max and the cables are not useful for equipment without accessible battery posts. This is an issue for most machines. If you don’t have somewhere to place/rest the unit while starting a machine or you are alone you will not be able to use the jump pack. Now wait. You can make your $1,500 pack worth while if you chose to spend another $400 on the 6ft cables! And the listing is wrong it comes with the carrying case. NOCO will get their 5 stars when they stop offering this product with 2ft cables and I get sent of 6ft cables a set for a reasonable price. I could use 3 more of these packs right now if they came with useful cables. For now this thing will be only used for a small portion of my equipment. Most Skid Steers, Medium duty/Class 8 trucks and Wheel Loaders are not compatible with the GB500 because unlike their advertising the machines do not have battery posts/batteries in areas that you can reach with the cables and be able to rest the pack while turning over the truck yourself. Two stars because the build quality is worth the money. Carrying case is absolutely perfect. The pack works and I have started a few trucks with it but I’ve already had to call in my service trucks to start 24v implements.

Great jump pack, don’t be afraid to buy it. Turns a dear semi over with no problem in the freezing temps. It will crank it over multiple times before it quits. Great product for sure.

I purchased this product to use in a fleet environment that has both 12v and 24v vehicles. The first unit failed after not much more than a week. It would no longer charge the internal batteries. I returned the unit to the manufacturer and received a replacement. It has now failed for a second time. It shows that it is fully charged but will not jump start any vehicle. NOCO customer service has been helpful in diagnosing and replacing the unit but after 2 have failed in less than a 6 months and less than a weeks use per item I asked for a refund. NOCO states that they cannot refund the item due to it being purchased through a vender. Trends auto will not refund the item due to it being replaced under the manufacturers warranty. I am now out $1800 for an item that has not met our needs or expectations.

Could Jump Start the Space Shuttle
Ordered one of these through my local Autozone to use on a few old dump trucks we had at work and it hasn’t failed once. Never once had to use the “Override” feature on it, but from what i’ve seen some of the smaller GB40s and GB70s do with that turned on, I’m genuinely afraid to ever try. Great Product all around, Portable, Useful and a must have if you have a lot filled with commercial trucks. Also the price is a bit of a turn-off, but it’s probably the last jump pack i’ll ever buy
