Wow 𤩠Loved the cameras already but the new XR sync module is amazing!!
These cameras are incredible! We have had 3 Blink Outdoor 4 cameras for over a year now and they reach about 200 feet from our house with the regular sync module. I decided to purchase two more with the XR Sync Module to see if they would work at the distances advertised. I have to say Iâm blown away by their performance on XR+. They are well worth it for us even with XR+ having a saver option as the only selectable video quality and no use of the microphones. I installed one at our gate which is 532â from our house where the sync module is plugged in and one at our barn which is 295â away through a lot of trees. They were super easy to install. There is a XR option that allows standard HD video quality but ours had to be on the XR+ option to connect at the distance I placed them but they still show 2 bars of connectivity to the sync module so I could probably go even further with them if I needed to.Both cameras pick up motion well both day and night and the video quality is pretty good for being in saver mode. I still canât believe they work so far away and itâs nice to have extra security on our acreage. Now I know when I have packages or mail delivered or if something is in our barn that shouldnât be such as coyotes or bobcats. Iâm always checking them and the batteries are still going strong. I wanted to purchase 2 more cameras with the XR module but there was a limit of one purchase because of the Prime Day deal. I will definitely be purchasing them again next year because there are other spots Iâd like to put cameras up that are further away than the regular sync module can handle.Iâll attach pictures to show how far they are from our house and some of the night and day image quality. I used the measure tool on Google Earth for measurements. I highly recommend them!

Well worth upgrading all around! VERY HAPPY
Fast, securely and smartly packed, brand new. The new cameras are much better all around, higher quality video/picture and wider coverage. Also new “smart” options for motion tracking, choices for people, vehicle or other recognition, options to choose specific for each cam. The extra battery pack options hold 4 batteries, offer 4 year life rather than 2 year allowing me to remove my solar panels, now less obvious yet twice battery life and much improved performance, audible and video/picture. Job well done Blink! Keep improving.

Great cameras with great reception!
Impressed with the range of these.I love my Blink cameras and with the new xr it makes it even better.The notifications work like all the others I like the fact it tells you Person, Car, and movement.The battery life is great; it all depends on activity and settings.The video sound is clear and crisp, and the picture quality is great in the high-def mode.They hold up great in all weather.Feel safer and more InControl of my home.

Pretty good bang for the buck, could be better
This things have a great picture, even in the dark. I’m still in the learning curve phase, but they were super simple to install and “program”. Truly plug and play if you read and position well. Hardest part was figuring out where to place them. They are really sensitive to motion, lots of tree branch videos, but we’re getting that figured out. Not sure if I’ll keep the app, but it’s not required with this particular model. Might though as it has some handy features and is affordable. Downside is they are slow to start recording, even at higher sensitivity. By the time they start recording a car on the street all you see is tail lights if it’s driving the speed limit, and nothing if going faster. Speed limit on my street is 25 mph. People are half way up my drive when walking or a car is fully parked in the drive before recording kicks on. But that may be more on how I’ve set them up. Time will tell. Over all I’m pleased. My non-compliant Amazon drivers? Not so much.

These are great cameras. The picture is clear and catches a wide angle view. The app is very user friendly. These are outside our home. I also ordered the outside holders which make outside installation seamless. We just put them up yesterday so I can update later, but for now I am very happy.

We love our cameras and have them hung all around our property. I would definitely wait until these go on sale – they go on sale quite often. The sound and picture quality is amazing. The motion detection is perfect too – not overly going off by bugs and not NOT detecting anything either. Super easy to connect with the app on your phone as well.
