Powerful and Quiet Air Purifier
The WINIX T810 has made a huge difference in my homeâs air quality. It runs quietly, even on higher settings, and the True HEPA filter really helps with dust, pet dander, and smoke. I like the air quality monitor and how it automatically adjusts the fan speed when it detects changes. The Wi-Fi feature is a nice bonus, making it easy to control from my phone. Works great for large rooms and feels solidly built.

WINIX Air Purifier
Item is as advertised. I have had other air purifiers in the past from Honeywell and Dyson, but neither of them work as well as the Winix models. I have three different ones from Winix; they all perform well and very sturdy. There is a fine mesh screen which can be cleaned and the filters are easy to replace. I have two senior dogs and after running the purifier for about a day, no more dog smells in the house! I am impressed to say the least. I don’t understand how their Plasma Technology works, but it works. The air comes out very clean and fresh is the best way I can describe it.

Very effective and quiet
This is one of the best machines of ANY kind, I have ever purchased!!! The 3 digit meter accurately tells you when the dust or anything is in the air and is easy to understand. I tested it by shaking out a blanket near it. The numbers went up to about 100 and as the air cleaned, slowly went back down to 5. That is very clean air.It has 4 speeds and a variable speed motor that is VERY quiet and a pleasant tone when running.Highly recommended.I have owned 5 other air cleaners through the years, and this is WAYYYY above any of them. Thank you to the manufacturer!!!

Buttons do not light up
I purchased the newer Winix T810 model because I wanted a 360 model and ultimately chose it over the Levoit 400s due to finding this model more attractive looking, and the 400s having had some complaints about fan whining at lower speeds.PROS:Fan noise is very good. The fan noise is barely audible when the unit enters sleep mode. It’s pretty low at the lowest fan speed. The unit does get loud at higher fan speeds, but it’s more like a “whoosh.” It’s early days, but I don’t hear any fan unpleasantness. The unit’s sensor appears to be very good. It notices when a perfume is sprayed (down the hall even) and the readout changes accordingly. The auto mode as a result ramps the fan accordingly and works reasonably well. Sometimes I’ll manually override it to a stronger setting to clean the air faster. It comes in a plain brown box and has cardboard inserts to keep the unit in place. No styrofoam!Once connected, the app itself is ok. It does do per day scheduling which is what initially attracted me to the aforementioned Levoit unit. The app is on par with something like the Lutron app if you have a hub for Caseta lights in terms of polish.CONS:Marketing images are misleading. The buttons, like the arrow buttons to change fan settings or different mode buttons do not light up. I think this makes the unit hard to use because I can’t see the buttons without a light on. It would be nice if there was a sensor that would light up the buttons when my hand comes near the controls. The app is a pain in the rear to initially set up. I can only speak for an iPhone experience, but you do have to enable location settings and have precise location on. If you enable location settings but have precise location off, you do not get any error message as to why the WiFi setup won’t work. You’re left with a vague instruction to, “Return to the app after connecting to WiFi.” The next button simply does not appear.I really wish the controls lit up, but otherwise I’m happy with the sound and performance of the unit.

So Happy With This Air Purifier!
My in-laws gifted me a Winix C545 Air Purifier for our living room and it made a noticeable improvement in the air quality; so when I decided I wanted an air purifier for our bedroom, I knew a Winix air purifier would probably be the way to go, but I wanted to explore all my options. I spent a couple weeks researching air purifiers. I started with some general research about what to look for in a high quality, high performance air purifier; and from there I looked into various brands, models, product specs, customer reviews, etc. Ultimately, I chose the Winix T810. This model filters particles as small as 0.001 microns and not too many air purifiers are able to filter particles that small! Itâs easy to clean and works like a dream. I absolutely love this air purifier!
