I ordered this dehumidifier on 9/20 and started using it right away. Within just a few days, I could already see water collecting in the tank, which shows that itâs working as expected. Itâs compact, quiet, and easy to set up; just plug it in and let it run.The water tank isnât huge, so itâs best for smaller rooms or spaces, but it does a good job of pulling moisture from the air and making the room feel less damp. I like the sleek design and the soft light when itâs running.Overall, itâs been reliable so far and does exactly what I need it to. Great little dehumidifier for the PERFECT price.

Great dehumidifier & excellent customer service!
I bought this dehumidifier for my small bathroom that doesn’t have a window. It worked amazing & collected plenty of water. It kept my bathroom walls dry & mold free.Unfortunately, it stopped working after 8 months. It no longer collected water & the mold on the walls started to come back.I reached out to the manufacturer to inquire about the warranty and they were excellent at helping me out. They were quick to respond and very attentive to emails. They were superb in their dealings with me and sent me a new dehumidifier right away. It is working great & collecting plenty of water like it should, and I am very pleased! They were very helpful & prompt & I will continue to purchase their product because they treated me like a VIP. Update 9/25/25 – I was contacted by the seller inquiring if I wanted a replacement or a refund for the defective item. I had not expected any communication by the seller so I was shocked and thrilled to hear from them as I was about to order a different dehumidifier from another company. I told them I wanted a replacement, and the replacement came quickly. I’m happy to say the replacement works wonderful and that the seller’s customer service was excellent. Thank you so much for correcting this transaction and for my replacement.This dehumidifier worked great until it stopped working about a month ago. I’m not sure what happened but it no longer collects moisture when turned on. The tank just stays dry and empty. I purchased it in December 2024 so it was only 7 months old when it stopped working. I’m bummed out because when it was working, it collected the moisture in my bathroom very well. I also liked that it was quiet and had the night light. I need a replacement but not sure if I’d repurchase this since it did not last.

Great for Small Spaces – Easy to Empty
Works perfectly in our half bath that has higher humidity issues to prevent mold growth there. I feel more comfortable running this than the exhaust fan all day. Nightlight feature is a nice bonus. I get a few days of run time between emptying it in our house, so the capacity it holds works for that size space. It is a little louder than I would like, but definitely quieter than the exhaust fan running.It would work well in a small closet as well if needed! Would buy again – another small dehumidifier I purchased broke multiple times before I tried this one. THIS one is holding up well and is easier to use and empty.

Itâs very quiet, pulls a surprising amount of moisture from the air, and shuts off automatically when full, which is super convenient. Bought this for the camper and unfortunately upon receiving it it didn’t work. I reached out to the company and they were very helpful in troubleshooting and then getting me a replacement. The replacement works great!! The size is ideal for the camper and it is relatively quite when running. I was so impressed with the customer service I recieved with this purchase!!

This Product is Magic!
This machine is like magic ! I do not know how it works but we are very pleased with the results. It does what it it was designedto do . Very simple to maintain, which is nothing other than empty the water , every 7 days , depending on how much rain we are having. It has multiple lites changing to very nice colors which doubles as a night light . If you donât want them , a simple touch of button, OFF!Overall , we are at 9 month of preventing mold from entering and it works like a champ.A month ago I had a question and contacted customer services and did not have to go thru an act of congress to get my answer with pure professionalism. Three minutes, another magic happened!

Perfect for its intended use.
I bought this dehumidifier for our RV and it is perfect for the job. Small and lightweight, pulls water out of the air at an amazing rate! The auto shut off prevents the water from making a mess if it happens to fill up, and it is easy to empty. I love the colored lights, and they can be turned off if desired. Not noisy at all. A great product backed by outstanding customer service!
