Why did you pick this product vs others?:I really like the boys (father and son) who does great BBQ. I feel they would definitely know what would work well to clean the grill. Also, it was designed by a firefighter, which I feel would know what products hold up well. I do like that it has a refill that can be ordered.Ease of use:I believe this would be so easy to use.Cleaning power:I feel the cleaning power would be great.Durability:It seems it will be very durable.Value for money:It certainly is a bit cheaper – in the better quality cleaning devices.

Grill rescue is a blast (of steam)!
If you grill you need this! I met a family once where their son nearly died because a time from one of their grill brushes got stuck in his intestines. They couldnât figure it out, but he kept getting sicker and sicker. That wonât happen with this! Works great and is actually kind of fun to use.

So much potential but not durable
Edit: Based in my initial review, I have to say I am very impressed with their customer service response and support! They came through with a replacement grill head for the one that broke! Without me asking for one at no additionl cost. So, I intend to continue using it because it does work great to clean the grill. I hate metal bristle grill brushes for a host of reasons and this does solve those issues. Word of caution though and that is to be mindful of steam as you work with it and be sure to store it so it doesnât drop off the grill and break. Perhaps it was that one in a million bad angles when it fell but still, it was surprising it broke. But again, very happy with the customer service to correct the issue.Initial comment: I wanted to love this, I really did. But we have had it for barely six months and it dropped off my grillâs hanging hook and broke! The cleaning head attachment had two buttom snaps that depress to keep it in place and one of those broke completely so now it doesnât stay snapped in place. And I got the upgraded one with the black handle. Very disappointed. It worked well othetwise but if it breaks so easily when falling off the grill hanger, not sure its worth paying to replace it.

Best alternative to metal bristle brushes
Got this for my husband for Father’s day to replace metal bristle brush. I could tell that he didn’t seem too impressed when he first looked at it. After a great weekend of grilling he decided to give it a go. He was genuinely surprised. It’s so easy to use, just dunk in water, clean, and repeat. It’s also surprisingly durable and the handle isn’t uncomfortable to hold. I like that you can replace the cleaning pad and don’t have to replace the entire thing.

Waste of money
Iâm extremely disappointed with the Grill Rescue BBQ Replaceable Scraper Cleaning Head. Itâs marketed as a “premium” cleaning tool, but it failed miserably. After just a few uses, the head started to fall apart and became completely useless. For the price, I expected something that would last longer than a week.It also doesnât clean as advertised. It barely removes grease or burnt-on residue, even with extra pressure. I had to go back to using my old scraper to get the job done. The whole “safe alternative to wire brushes” pitch is great, but whatâs the point if it doesnât actually clean the grill?Save your money and look for something more durable and effective. I regret this purchase.

Had to return it. The description and pictures clearly show an integrated hanger hook but mine didn’t have any. I see that they sell a separate hanger that you can add but the pro version is supposed to come with one based on the description.
