Absolutely terrible!I’ve had 1 burst, and 2 others the hose has expanded on a matter of a few months.The only reason I’ve kept buying it is because I have a set up that fits this and the holes are already drilled to fit.I’m going to try the upgraded one and pray that I can get more than a months use.

The hose reel works great. Perfect for a home pressure washing station. My item was missing the quick connects but I just ordered more from Amazon. When the company saw the less than 5 Star review they refunded me the cost of the hose reel. I told them there was no need for a refund because the item worked great. They still refunded me. Their customer service is over the top. GREAT COMPANY!!
