Thick and nourishing I only have one complaint and it’s got to do with the way the packaging’s labeled if The manufacturer could make it slightly different so it’s easier to tell the difference between the two bottles for those of us that can barely see without our glasses it would be appreciated!!!

Best shampoo for the price
This shampoo has a soothing scent and healing effect on dry and damaged hair. It is the most professional shampoo that we can find. There is also a lot in the bottles so we donât have to worry about it running out for months. It is the preferred shampoo for us at a great price.

Works Beautifully – Smells Horrid
I have extremely dry, thin, and brittle hair, so I wanted the argan oil to help me restore some semblance of moisture and balance. The shampoo helps, but it smells awful, at least to me and my husband. The conditioner also helps, and it definitely smells better! Your mileage with these products may vary. My nose still doesn’t work properly post-Covid (and it’s been 2.5 years).As it turns out, hubby is violently allergic to the shampoo and turned beet red wherever it touched his skin. He did not use the conditioner for obvious reasons. I, who has extremely sensitive skin, had zero reaction to either product. I’ve been using it once to twice a week now for about three months.The end result has been hair that is infinitely more manageable, shinier, and clearly healthier, a scalp that has decidedly less dry skin itchiness, and no need to wash my hair for FIVE full days after each use, meaning my scalp is finally able to work on repairing itself. I’m thrilled with these results!I’m dealing with the smell for the results I now consistently get, but I sincerely hope they do something to better just that one issue. It’s a doozy.

Recent change?
I decided to go back to this brand once I heard that a formula had changed some from years ago. I was using this for about 2 years, when I purchased it again. This time the smell was awful. It smelled like play-doh. I thought it might have been a fluke and I tried to use it as usual. Especially after a few weeks, my hair would tangle immediately once the shampoo was applied. Nothing else I did have changed. The smell was just disgusting compared to the previous bottle I had just used. Eventually I gave up and ordered another set thinking that this was an anomaly. The new bottles came and they smelled like Play-Doh as well. I still had the old bottles that looked identical but smelled so much better. I checked other stores, and it seems like this is the new way the smells and is formulated. This was incredibly drying to my hair and my scalp. I often was having sore spots on the top of my head I think just from irritation. The scent was lovely before, and I adored it. I use argan oil after I shampoo and condition, and this just smelled nothing like any of that Argan oils I’ve ever used. Fortunately, I was able to return the bottles. I’m not sure what has changed, but I will not be buying this brand again. It was a pity too, because this brand really did a great job of cleaning and yet moisturizing my long thick hair.
