Love this!!
I love this. It does try to roll a bit lol! Well a lot when putting it up! But once youâre in it, it doesnât roll. 🙂 but you will want to tie rope through the loopholes and also attach them to something 🙂 just in case you donât want to roll. But itâs very very comfortable & oh my goodness, I love how the net is stretched out. Itâs perfect.

Great backyard hammock with suboptimal zipper setup
I’m fortunate to have a backyard that generally allows for lots of peace and quiet to enjoy the sounds of nature. To take advantage of this I’ve enjoyed having a hammock in which I can read and nap. I sometimes have to worry about bugs so in the past I’ve used a separate mosquito net with my hammock that requires all sorts of extra setup and work. When I saw this hammock with its integrated mosquito netting I decided to give it a try and I’m pretty satisfied! The setup of the hammock couldn’t be any easier or more self-evident. The poles slip together and then slide through the netting into well designed holders. I do worry about putting as much stress as needed on the fabric when inserting the poles so I’m going to experiment with different approaches. I don’t have trees to attach the hammock so cannot comment on the functionality of the straps beyond noting they look substantial and fit for purpose. I’ve included a picture of the hammock all setup so you can see what it looks like in my hammock stand. As others have noted, the physics of the hammock means it will always flip over on its own, but I really don’t care about this aspect so it is not factoring into my review.Getting into the hammock is trickier than others I own given the attached mosquito net. Unless you unzip it all the way to the ends the opening for the hammock is a relatively tight fit that makes the usual hammock entry awkwardness more pronounced. However, unzipping it all the way to both ends makes it more challenging to zip it back up given the length of the hammock–particularly for reaching the zipper at your feet. The design of the opening also means that when you are zipping it back up there is a lot of force required that I’m guessing from experience will ultimately cause the zipper to fail. Either because the zipper itself is broken, or the seam it is attached to will rip from the strain. What I am going to try the next time I set this up will be to only use one of the poles and to leave the netting by my legs to rest naturally rather than be propped up. This will make the hammock more functional from an entry/egress perspective and will also cut down on the stress on the zipper and seams. This suboptimal opening design and my concerns about the durability of the zipper is what has me rate this with 4 stars rather than the 5 it would otherwise deserve with a better design or more obviously durable hardware.Laying in the hammock is fantastic! It is a very comfortable and I will absolutely enjoy a number of naps in here once we get into the cooler months. The fabric is comfortable and supportive for one person who is 6′ and 200+ pounds. I can’t imagine sharing this hammock with anyone else other than a small child, but that is an issue with every hammock of this type regardless of it being for two people or not rather than being specific to this brand. The shape of the mosquito netting and the way the pole keeps it supported is fantastic and leaves plenty of open space around my head/face rather than dealing with droopy mosquito netting that I’ve had to jury rig in some other fashion. If the zipper ends up being a problem and I experience any failures I will be sure to come back and downgrade this review. In the meantime, I feel it is a solid product for the price and my particular backyard usage.

Want to love but needs work
My backyard is mosquito infested so I was pretty stoked to try this hammock out for size. Itâs still a little early for bugs but this should keep them out nicely come summer time. However, I was shocked when upon disassembling I noticed one of the poles was severely bent. I am 110 lbs soaking wet and am very easy on my gear so big question mark there.PROS:-Large capacity hammock-Relatively straightforward to put together-Instructions in Chinese but pictures are adequate-Materials and craftsmanship seem decent-Netting!-Stuff sack and interior pocket are nice-Comfortable, though Iâve not tried to lay in it with a second person so I canât attest to thatCONS:-Pole bent upon first use (ugh!)-Have to be a little more careful when getting in it (could flip, but shouldnât as long as you are cautious)-Straps could have more loops to make hanging easier in trickier spots (like Eno brand hammocks strapsâ¦so, I may use my other straps for this)-A bit of a wind sailAs other reviewers mentioned it is trickier to get in and out of due to the size and physics. If you look on this page it mentions putting some heavy objects into the hammock, or tying it down using the extra loops outside of the pole inserts to keep it upright. I am going to try that and see if it helps provide more stability, that is, if I can bend the pole back without snapping it. ð¥´

Works great overall
I love how spacious and comfortable this hammock is, however it tends to flip over, making it pretty difficult to get into.

Full of features – great for campsite naps or hammock camping
This camping was designed with so many useful features. The zippers have glow in the dark tabs to be seen when sleeping at night. The strap to attach it to a tree had carabiner clips that are attach to loops, with variable sizes to raise the height. This setup is so much easier than strings or ratchet straps. The fabric straps are strong, yet lightweight. The hammock has a a tent pole type rod to hold up the insect netting. This design allowed me to lay back and look at the stars and up to the trees. I was actually able to bird watch, in the comforts of the hammock, without getting bit by mosquitos. The hammock also has a pocket inside where I placed my car keys and phone. The top of the hammock has a hook to hang a light. The rod folds down and the entire hammock tent compacts down to fit into a carrying bag, which can be attached to a pack for backpack type hiking. The nylon is lightweight but was durable enough to hold the weigh of a full size adult, a sleeping pad, pillows, a lantern, and a camping blanket while attached to a tree. I am thrilled with this hammock as I can finally enjoy my favourite campsite by a river, while napping or sleeping, without getting bit by insects any time of the day. The netting is fine enough to keep out no see ums. Definitely worth the price for avid campers and backpacking hikers.
