The video quality is excellent, both during the day and at night thanks to the clear infrared night vision. Defective product and terrible company customer service
I was initially happy with this baby monitor, but it stopped working after just a couple of months. The night vision feature failed completely making it useless at night. I reached out to VAVA for a replacement or refund, but they refused help. Extremely disappointed with the lack of support. I would not recommend this product or company.

I recently bought this baby monitor for future use. My baby is on the way! It came with a camera, a monitor station, and two chargers. It is easy to set up. The monitor features a clear camera display, a baby music player, a talk button for communicating with my little one, and a helpful baby feeding reminder. I love the baby music players; five types of baby music are available. All the music is very soft and peaceful. The camera also has room temperature monitors. However, the camera must always be plugged in, which is inconvenient. This definitely limits the choice of where I can place the camera. Besides this, the overall features and ease of use make it a solid choice for any parent looking to keep an eye on their baby.

Intuitive monitor with good audio visual features
This baby monitor has some nice features and is intuitive to use. When you hit the menu button you see options for volume, brightness, pairing the camera, timer, and setting. There is a bar at the top that gives you the outside temperature and time, which is very convenient.You can Zoom and rotate the camera remotely. I found the picture to be pretty clear, even though we are looking through a pack and play screen. I haven’t tried talking to the baby through the monitor, but my other children have and they love this feature.I have found the range to be good, as we can bring it anywhere in the house. When we take it out to the garage, the monitor tends to go into power-saving mode more quickly: probably because we are pushing the boundaries of its range, but this isn’t a problem.Overall, I would definitely recommend this monitor. It’s wonderful having the peace-of-mind to see and hear the baby from anywhere in the house.
