Best I’ve bought.
I’m hooked on this. Best melatonin I’ve used. 10mg is perfect for sleepiness. I take it about 15 to 30 minutes before I go ro bed, sleep follows shortly. Easy to use, just put in mouth and it dissolves, Taste good, doesn’t leave an after taste. Price is very affordable. Makes three bottles I’ve ordered.

Doses taste different and work different!
So I guess I have a little âmelatonin barâ in my night stand by now and I have figured out how it works for me. Melatonin doesnât work the same for everyone, if at all, but this is what I have experienced.With all doses I feel sleepy after 30min and in an hour Iâm fighting to keep my eyes open.1mg – Tastes like candy. Helps me routinely fall asleep and stay asleep. Most of the time I will dream where I used to only occasionally remember my dreams. It consistently gave me stressful dreams and nightmares for the first couple weeks, but didnât disturb my sleep. I wake up feeling fine.3mg – Tastes like an out of season strawberry. I will sleep longer if I donât set an alarm and always remember at least a little of my dreams. No trouble waking up. I wake up feeling fine.10mg – Tastes bitter with a faint hint of strawberry but I donât have to choke it down. Once Iâm out, Iâm OUT. If I wake up to go to the bathroom I can continue the dream I was having or have similar dreams. I can sleep for a straight 12 or more hours if I donât set an alarm and sleep in a dark room. I wake up groggy and have a headache after an hour or so, which it lasts all morning. I donât like this dose, but Iâm hanging on to it just in case altering my sleep schedule is worth the hangover. Maybe Iâll split them in half.I love that this brand sweetens with xylitol so you arenât eating harmful artificial sweeteners or encouraging cavities if you take it after brushing your teeth. Just make sure you hide it from pets since xylitol is fatal for cats and dogs, even in small doses …something about organ failure I canât recall entirely. Just hide it if your pets are nosy.The chart about finding your dose is spot on. I recommend reading it if you havenât. Good luck!

One of these tablets a night helps me drift off to sleep. Dissolves quickly for the most part. Little bit of an aftertaste so that is why 4 stars instead of 5

BEST MELATONIN
This is the best melatonin I have ever taken. It dissolves right in my mouth and it works so well. I fall asleep within 30 minutes of taking it. It has a good strawberry flavor to it. When I took other melatonin I would sometimes wake up with a headache, but with this melatonin I never ever get a headache. Overall, this is a great product and you should definitely buy this if you are looking for a melatonin product. 10/10!

Don’t buy any other brand
This is by far the best Melatonin for sleep aid I have found. I had tried it years ago but forgot the brand but when I recognized the tablet shape I knew it was the good stuff I had before. I wasn’t disappointed within a few minutes I was sound asleep. This time I’m going to subscribe because I can’t find this brand near me only stuff with similar bottle color but definitely not the same.
