Wonât work after 1 month
I have only had this for a month and the frother no longer turns on and will not work. No lights, no heat, no froth. Not to be confused with the fact it canât brew coffee and froth at the same time. Thatâs a whole other issue.

It’s very reliable.
After nearly 20 years of using our old Keurig coffee maker, it finally gave out. We are replacing it with the same model as it has been completely reliable, brews great coffee, and also froths milk for our morning capuccino.

Great Coffee with Great Style
Our new Special Edition Keurig Kâ¢Cafe C is a gem. Easy to use and maintain. Our daughters love the Latte feature. It also looks great on the counter compared to our older clunky Keurig. I have read that many people can’t get the frother to work properly. I have done some testing on my own and have discovered that only true dairy products will froth properly. Soy, almond and coconut milk will heat, but will not froth properly. Same goes for non-dairy creamers like Coffee-Mate. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the machine, only what people are putting in it. To sum it up, hot coffee in 30-50 seconds depending on size and cappuccinos/lattes in 3 minutes. Great product, yummy coffee and less trips to Starbucks, et al.

Coffee isnât as strong
So itâs a great product but for whatever reason no matter how much of a dark roast I get the coffee isnât strong. Also you have to froth before you make your coffee and you need to make sure you get the proper milk for frothing. So far Tuscan farms half and half has given me that fluffy bouncy froth. Highly recommend. Canât froth twice in a row without unplugging it. The Strong setting is useless.
