A bit of a nightmare. Came in pieces, put together, realized it was missing some crystals. Amazon customer services was helpful and I was able to get a replacement, take some of the parts, and then ship it back. The noise level is low, was easy to install. Itâs very very bright, would encourage much lower than the maximum 60 watt bulbs if youâre using in a small space. Air flow could be better.

Highly functional, not the highest quality
Overall, the light fixture looks nice from a distance (which is where youâd view it from anyway). Up close you can see where the metal band connects around the upper diameter. It was also missing a strand of crystals so we had to position the empty column toward the back of the room. The fan function works great and actually has great air flow while being pretty quiet. I donât see a need to even use it above the first setting. Iâve tried turning the âbeepâ sound off to no avail, and the light has a bit of a delay when powering on with the light switch. I liked it enough to keep it but itâs obviously not the BEST quality.

This is awesome! It is so pretty. The fan is very small and you almost canât see it because it transparent. I was shocked at how much it actually blew! I thought it would be terrible and a waste of money once I saw how small it was but I was wrong! It actually works really well and is very pretty! I was very pleased!!! I wish I had another room to get another one for!
