Fantastic Composting Solution
I recently started experimenting with worm composting in my garden, and this bin has been a game-changer. Here’s why I love it:1. **Efficient Composting**: The worms in this bin work tirelessly to break down kitchen scraps and garden waste into rich, nutrient-packed compost. I’ve noticed a significant reduction in the amount of kitchen waste going to the landfill.2. **Easy to Use**: Setting up the bin was a breeze, and the instructions were clear. I appreciate the thoughtful design, especially the well-ventilated lid that keeps odors in check.3. **Sturdy Construction**: This bin is built to last. It’s made of durable materials that can withstand outdoor conditions. I’ve had mine for over a year, and it still looks and functions like new.4. **Healthy Garden**: The compost produced by these little workers has done wonders for my garden. My plants are thriving, and I’m not relying on chemical fertilizers anymore.5. **Educational**: Worm composting has become a fascinating hobby for me and a learning opportunity for my kids. It’s a great way to teach them about sustainability and the importance of reducing waste.Overall, I can’t recommend this worm composting bin enough. It’s environmentally friendly, easy to maintain, and a valuable addition to any garden. If you’re considering starting your own worm composting journey, this bin is a fantastic choice!I hope you find this review helpful! Best composter
This compost bin is a huge game changer for me. The turning composter is too complicated to put together and still sitting in my box. I tried burying my leftovers straight into the ground but found my scraps dug up by animals the next morning. I tried once again to dig even deeper and place a huge stone on top of the soil they still managed to get to it from underneath. Until I started using this compost basket. I throw in my kitchen scraps, and layer it with some dirt/soil and keep layering as i collect more leftovers. I also put a heavy rock/lime stone on the top just in case an animal decides to try to pry it open. It’s been great. I just bought my 3rd and 4th baskets for the different areas of my backyard so I will always have ready compost and for my garden soil. I’m very happy.

Decent, but make sure you measure!
This composter does what it is advertised to do, however, it is HUGE! I was unable to put it in my Vego raise beds simply because of how much growing real estate it took up. It is now planted directly in the ground as a composter, and works fine.

Easy to use
Iâm super happy with this purchase. It was really easy to put in the garden. I made a hole large enough to cover the big holes and leave the smaller holes exposed for air flow. I also got the composting worms on Amazon.

Not worth the trouble
The lock on the lid catches every time, so itâs hard for me to open to put stuff in, yet again this morning I found the composter raided by some creature that digs down to the big holes on the bottom, throwing dirt over the sides of the garden bed and disturbing the plants..It also takes way too much space in the 8×2 garden bed.

Mixed Thoughts on these!
Loved the idea and the description of what these can do or should do! They are very large and take up a good portion of space in my raised garden beds. Prior to purchasing these, I was burying my scraps in different locations throughout the garden. I had pretty good results. These seemed to be a better option as I didn’t have to keep digging holes. After using them all summer, they don’t seem to work all that great. I invested in about 750 composting worms to complete the task. The scrapes just don’t seem to decay and the worms seem to disappear and very little to no signs of composting. I think this spring I’ll purchase a tumbling composter and give up the whole worm thing!
