Efficient, cost effective
Works as advertised. Least expensive way to get your car foamed. While it doesn’t put a 3” thick blanket on the car, it’s more than adequate. I only used half the container. The quick disconnect was awesome. Hose off the car, connect to the gun, foam it. Wipe down with a mitt, then hose off again. Fast, thorough.Adams makes great products.

Uses lots of liquids soap.
Uses more soap than any other foam gun I’ve ever used. One reservoir full only does one side of my Bronco. Foam is thick and lifts dirt.

Do the whole car all at once, or else…
Foaming was fine. However there is so much overspray that it makes it impossible to do sections of the car, one at a time. I had to continually go back and re-rinse the parts I’d already washed. The quick connect worked great, but the actual ability of the “rinsing” sprayer wasn’t great. The time I saved in not using the two bucket method was almost eliminated by the amount of time I spent rinsing and re-rinsing. Also, this goes through a lot of car shampoo. Washing out what is left over, as recommended, is a chore as well. Thankfully I bought this on a pretty big sale, but don’t buy it at full price. I will only use this in the colder months to avoid freezing my hands off.

Not for me
Thought I’d give this a try as the weather cooperated today. I used #2 metering setting and barely had enough to do my SUV. I’d like to know how some have stated that they could do two vehicles with one fill up. Foam was ok, not great, but I wasn’t expecting power wash levels of soap. One problem I had was that it wouldn’t shut off when I released the handle. Had to manually push the brass knob forward to get it to shut off. Annoying. Assume a weak spring? I found that I still needed a rinse bucket for my sponge and ended up using a soap bucket as well. Not sure how this device saves you any time. I used 3oz of Adams Mega Foam. Soap itself worked well in bucket. I like some Adams products. I especially like their Leather Conditioner. This device was useless to me. Glad I got it at a reduced price. Just a novelty item and judging by complaints of build quality, just not worth it.EDIT: I did reach out to Adams direct. The service rep suggested I submit a video of the non-working gun. LOL. Customer Service today. Can’t beat it.

It’s okay just need to adjust foam that will make it better

Remember I said almost……This is my first purchase of the Adam’s Foam gun….I had used other Adam’s branded products previously and was happy. My first Foam Gun was an El Cheapo and while it taught me how useful Foaming can be ……Unfortunately the Nozzle and cap were a one piece unit and the threads that attached to the hose broke……no replacements or repair possible or available. The Adams version appears to be much sturdier and I am confident that it should not suffer the same fate. I’m hoping you get what you pay for, applies in this case
