Great product. Donât be fooled with the cheap stuff.
Only the best resistance bands on the market. As I life long weight lifter , I only used bands as s small part of my training. For the last few months Iâve been confined being able to do only seated exercises in my living room ( vascular surgery and fasciae surgery on my leg) So till I can get back in the gym Iâve been using your bands I bought a while ago. Lost a lot of muscle being in the hospital and home recovering. I started a few weeks ago doing an intense 30-40 minute work out with multiple bands and handles. ( 3times per week) With in two weeks everyone started noticing that much of my mass was coming back! Bought this set for my brother to use. Iâm also a Personal Trainer and plan on using your bands much more with my clients. They really work well! Only complaint I hear is itâs hard to get the heavy bands in handles. Posted video

Good kit but absolutely no documentation and one piece is missing
Just got this kits several days ago, so I haven’t used it a lot, but some comments.I probably didn’t need 10 cables but the complete set as a lightning deal was too attractive to pass up. These appear to be of good quality. Having a variety of resistance levels and the ability to use different combinations is a big plus. The handles are pretty comfortable and the lower resistance cables are pretty easy to switch out. The higher ones are a bit more difficult because they are so thick. It involves stretching out a cable (by standing on it, etc.) so that it thins out enough to fit into the slots on the handles. For now the lower resistance cables in various combinations are enough for me to go on.The bag is nothing special, but I think it will be useful when I want to exercise outside of my apartment or to store the cables/handles I use the most. I haven’t really used the door mount, just tried it to see how it basically works. My kit did not include the smaller door anchor mount shown in the photograph and listed in the description. I just got a plain strap that I have no idea what to do with as there are no instructions. The lack of documentation is the major problem with this kit. To begin with, the cables are not labeled as to their resistance. Some were obvious, but I could not find any detailed information on Lifeline’s site. I made a list and guessed based on the resistance level of each band and then added labels to each band. After I did all of that I found this (from Lifeline) in the listing for individual cables,R1 – Teal -10 lbsR2- Purple- 20 lbsR3- Pink- 30 lbsR4- Magenta- 40 lbsR5 -Orange- 50 lbsR6- Red- 60 lbsR7- Yellow- 70 lbsR8- Green- 80 lbsR9- Blue- 90 lbsR10- Black- 100 lbsAs noted above there (and in other reviews) there are no instructions on how to use the kit. Not that I would expect a book, but a few basic illustrations would have been useful. I had to go online to make sure that I was using the the door mount correctly. Lifeline has some videos on its site that demonstrate some of the exercises that are possible, but a chart with illustrations of some of the exercises that one can do would have been nice. I ended up going to another site that also sells resistance bands and downloading some pdf charts. So basically a good set. The missing anchor was a bit of a disappointment and the lack of documentation is somewhat puzzling, but at this point I’m not sorry that I bought the kit.

2020 and the gyms are closed
as a personal trainer out of work due to the covid 19 shut down of gyms, it was time to travel. this set worked well in door jams , deck railing and small trees and anything else i could fine to hang it on. leg cuffs worked well too. sent small sets to clients homes for their personal use while training on skype. door anchors are heavy duty. the backpack style bag allowed me to carry dumbbells in addition to cables. cables range from 10lbs to 100lbs. the handles with the 3 slots can go up to 300lbs. unlike the cables with the medal hooks if and when the cable breaks the cable goes away from you not shooting back like a bullet.

other better brands out there
Tried a couple different resistance band sets when i started with P90. This one is okay, had a few of the band snap in the first couple weeks to month of use. The attachments couldve been designed better to hold the corked/knotted without compromising them.

For traveling or home gym
I use these for travel and home gym. They work great. The quality is very good. It is up to you the athlete to get a feel on the resistance, technique, and best use.I have recommended them to many friends.Additional: I have now had this product for almost 4 years. I use it as my home gym almost daily. Great product and really lasts. Hats off to this company for making a good product. I just got the Reebok Deck to use as a bench and they work great together.

Awesome kit! My only complaint is that I wish they had more accessories or ways to utilize the bands. The resistance on the bands is very close to some more expensive pulley systems I have used. This unit seems very well put together, and is great for when I travel.I am hopeful that the company will come out with some new equipment to use with these. Maybe some ankle straps, a flat bar (imagine benching from the floor), or something to rig the system to the bottom of a door frame where there is no door jam to keep the cables stationary.Overall, this is probably the best cable/band system I have used and I highly recommend.

I use these bands every day
When I first got the band I thought, hmmmm I don’t think these will do, but after using them a few times I realized how useful they are. I complement my weight lifting workout with these bands, and I can also use them when I go on travel, especially during COVID with the restrictions imposed on Gyms.

Perfect, and super lightweight. Way better than heavy dumbbells. Amazing quality, with handles supporting many motions like butter
