App-Controllable Outdoor Lights
The lights themselves are a lightweight, transparent plastic, with straight LED filaments, on a very heavy-duty black rubber cord. There are 12 lights on the string, and two extra bulbs. I have misplaced the remote control (note: don’t do that, but the instruction sheet does mention you can contact Feit for a new one), so I do all my control of these lights through the Feit Electric app. The app is a little confusing to use: first, it was unable to locate my light string, then, it magically could, but goes through moments when it doesn’t connect to the app and I’m stuck again. Waiting a bit seems to solve any issues, but I think of the app as a little unreliable. That said, the app is great for changing the bulb colors, or creating motion light effects, like twinkling or chasing bulbs. With only 12 bulbs, the effects aren’t fancy, but I find it fun to change up the lights from time to time. I have these hanging from my porch eaves, and the string is holding up well under hot, cold, and rainy weather conditions. For the price, these are fun and functional lights, and a step up from a plain light string.

Beautiful path lights! We love the smart features.
These path lights are amazing! We set them up by our front patio stairs, two on each side. They look so good and really help light up the stairs at night so one falls. They were easy to set up and we were able to quickly connect them to our Alexa. You can control them by app on your phone and they include a remote as well. They are color changing and you can even sync your music to them. They are well made and solid, been through multiple rain storms and they are still holding up fine. The lights are bright, clear, and vibrant, they really spruce up the front yard. We actually love them so much we plan on buying more for the pathway and setti g some in the backyard too. We are very happy with them and would recommend.

Check the lights before putting them up. I couldnât get WiFi to work with these.
