Well-Designed Bottle, But Effects Are a Wait-and-See
The MANSCAPED Skin Ultra Retinoid Serum has a thoughtful design – the bottle protects the serum from oxidation, and the twist-lock pump is genius for travel. I appreciate the lightweight, absorbent texture of the serum itself. However, I’m not a fan of the subtle dragon fruit scent – I prefer fragrance-free products, especially in serums. As for effectiveness, it’s still early days, and I don’t see any noticeable improvements in fine lines, dark spots, or wrinkles yet. Given the active ingredients like retinoids, squalane, and hyaluronic acid, I’m hopeful it will deliver results over time. For now, it’s a solid product with some nice touches, but I’ll need to use it longer to fully assess its benefits.

Dramatic improvement in skin quality.
I found this absorbed pretty readily into my skin and made a noticeable change and only a few days I look a lot younger and I have noticed a difference in the amount of lines that are appearing on my face overall I think that the ingredients must be high quality and they seem to be effective I feel like it provides a good amount of hydration to my face and after using it I don’t feel like there’s any greasiness or stickiness left on it doesn’t feel heavy on my skin and I didn’t notice any skin irritation nor did I notice any outbreaks following using this product therefore I can say it is a great value

Almost There
Iâve been helping my husband manage his skincare. Iâve found skincare specifically targeted for men to fall a little short, and I feel like this one does too. Much like all the rest, this formula has a pretty strong âmasculineâ fragrance. It dispenses nicely, has light protective packaging, and is medium thickness. I tested this on myself as well and I did find it to absorb nicely and leave a silky smooth feeling on the skin. It was also non-irritating as promised.I think my 2 biggest beefs are the fragrance and the laundry list ingredient list. Iâm pretty sure thereâs some unnecessary stuff in there. At a price point of $25 this could be such a great buy. A fragrance free product with a disclosure of the retinoid concentration would bring this up to 5 stars for me even with the extra ingredients. Iâm sure this is better than nothing, and likely better than some drugstore brands at a similar price point. I stand by my criticism that brands for men need to take better care of men and ditch the fragrance.

Effective, but don’t need fragrance with this.
I’ve been trying to take better care of my skin and have been trying different serums out. My general consensus is most with retinol seem to work. I think it’s cool a major men’s grooming company is getting involved in this now, but I think this one has more ingredients than other serums I’ve used.It works fine on my sensitive skin, and it has a masculine scent to it, but I don’t see the need for fragrance in a serum.It is priced reasonably and worth a shot. 4/5. Recommended.

Easy application
I like that it is very easy to use and apply. The pump has a twist lock where if is twisted one way it wont pump at all. I like this because I can easily travel with this and not have to worry about it spilling all over when it is in the lock position. When it is open is very easy to pump and for my face one or 2 pumps is enough to cover up to almost my neck.I haven’t notice a great change but I know it is working. I like that it makes my face feel hydrated and moisturized. I also like that it doesn’t have any strong scents, good or bad.I used it as directed and started like 3 days a week at night before going to sleep. I have since started using it 4 to 5 days a week and never notices any redness or any adverse effect to it.

I didn’t find that this product did much of anything.For something shouting “retenoid” on the box, retinyl linoleate is far down the ingredients list. There is also no indication of the percentage of retinol in the product, unlike leading brands. So, $25 for this is not a good deal whatsoever.Leave this stuff on the shelf and buy something that’s highly regarded with a known percentage of retinol, like less expensive Cerave.âï¸1 star â I don’t recommend it at all, poor quality.âï¸âï¸ 2 stars â I don’t recommend it: has multiple faults, or a very high price.âï¸âï¸âï¸ 3 stars â It’s passable: it has some faults, but the quality is ok for what it is.âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸ 4 stars â Product quite acceptable, and it does what it promises.âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸ 5 stars â Product that I totally recommend.

A Little Goes A Long Way
I am a female using this product. I am amazed at how just one little pump of this (see picture) can cover my entire face! I have been using it about four to five evenings a week since receiving it July 31st. It goes on easily and has only a slight scent that dissipates quickly. I haven’t had any irritation from using it.Unfortunately my lines aren’t fine and are deeper ones so this will take more time to show any marked difference. I am hopeful though as it has great ingredients!
