I am not sure if I simply have a defective device, or there is some trick to the buttons.
The device looks promising, but I was unable to obtain a usable menu. Very frustrating. Unable to set the clock and unable to format the memory chip. I am still hoping to figure this out, but the directions are poorly written in multiple languages, and inadequate to lead me to a useful solution.

You should be aware of your vehicle’s power source capability .
I am sure it would be nice but it does not come with a charging cord that will work in my 2024 Vehicle. The power cord works only with a cigarette lighter type plug.

False advertising, cheap junk
False advertising! In facebook ad (and in Q&A) they say there is a batery so the camera works when car is off. That is a lie! It shuts off within seconds if u dont hardwire the camera to your engine. Also there is no way to download the videos other than by using the memory card, there is no app. Also menu buttons are confusing, and also the memory card asked me to format just days after I did it the first time. Cheap junk. Going to keep using my other dash cam and just buy a huge battery bank and solar panel to keep on my car so it works when car is off 🙂 i had Viofo before but cable died so I thought it itself was broken
