Great capacity, easy to assemble, and sturdy
Wanted something to store charcoal, smoker pellets, and other items so settled on this due to its size and reasonable cost. It was boxed securely and tightly. The assembly instructions were probably the best I’ve seen in a long time, and assembly was easy and straight forward. The only issue, at least for me, was, when installing the last side panel, you have to lean over the box to reach the bottom to put in 5 screws. Of course I could have placed the box on its side but the instructions advised against doing that. Leaning over the side was a bit cumbersome for a short, girthy man, but all-in-all assembly was a breeze and only took about 30 minutes doing it myself. This box seems to be very sturdy with parts that fit together well. Instead of simply snapping parts together there a lot of screws used in assembly, making it much more tight and sturdy. It hasn’t rained since I put it together but I really don’t see where it could leak. Leakage would be a killer if using it for charcoal and smoker pellets like I am, so if it leaks I will update the review.Buying this box is a no-brainer if looking for one at a reasonable price that is easy to assemble, is sturdy and tight, can be locked, has great storage capacity, and looks great.

Impressed with the Size, Durability, and Design
Iâve been using the Keter Denali 200 Gallon Deck Box for a few weeks now, and itâs been a solid purchase. First off, the size is exactly what I needed. It easily holds all our pool floats and a few extra odds and ends with room to spare. The box looks sharp on the pool deck and blends in nicely with my outdoor furniture.Assembly was very straightforward. I put it together by myself in under an hour with just a screwdriver. The panels are sturdy and well designed, and everything clicked into place without frustration. One thing I really appreciate is how heavy duty this box feels. The resin material is thick and strong, and it doesnât flex or warp like cheaper storage boxes Iâve owned in the past. The lid opens smoothly with the built-in pistons and closes securely. Itâs also waterproof. Iâve had a couple heavy rains, and everything inside stayed completely dry.Since Iâm using it to store pool floats that sometimes go in damp, I decided to drill a few small holes in the bottom for drainage. Thatâs a personal modification and not necessary for everyone, but it works well for my use case and hasnât affected the integrity of the box at all.Overall, Iâm really happy with this purchase. Itâs functional, and looks good doing its job. Highly recommend it if you need serious outdoor storage that can handle the elements.

Solid, Looks Good and Big
Super easy to install. Very sturdy and solid. Not heavy. Damaged in the shipment but designed in a way where the type of damage was concealed and it didn’t matter in how it ended up looking or how stable the box was. Lots of space inside. Waterproof.

Fairly solid, decent hinges/pistons on lid, but spider town / not so water tight (maybe)
I bought this big box to hold a bunch of outdoor cushions. Itâs nice and roomy compared to others at similar price. Seems surprisingly solid with snug fittings for walls and top/bottom pieces (uses lots of screws to hold walls to base and top frame which works well). Was easy to put together in about 30 min and instructions are top notch: clear and concise with perfectly placed warnings and gotchas well illustrated throughout. The hinge and piston parts work great too and opening the big lid is easy and smooth.â¨â¨Couple major drawbacks: there are lots of openings under lid which is a huge invitation for spiders to crawl in and make homes in the cavities and on stuff stored inside. It might be intentional to allow for airflow I guess. Iâd definitely rather not have an ideal spider condo with LOTS of spaces that are easy to find. This could have been solved by sealing the deep spaces around the outer perimeter of the lid underside. See photo for how it looks underneath and now imagine all the spiders rubbing their litâl spidy legs together in anticipation! Iâll be filling them up with expanding foam which should be easy enough and cost about $8.Next problem may be an issue or not: slender gaps all around the base could let some water in (see other image uploaded of base corner). I donât think this will let water all the way inside to the floor of the box because thereâs a well that the corner posts and walls fit into so water probably wonât run over the lip on the inside. Otherwise what most likely will happen is water will get into this well and stay under the walls and foster mold and unnecessary gunk. Easy and cheap solution is $15 of silicone caulking.Total extra: about $25.

Easy assembly appears to be durable
Great size and I appreciate the sturdiness of the lid opening and closing. Easy to put together.

Great Patio Storage
Super happy with this product. 200gal. capacity is huge, able to store seat cushions & backs for a 5-seat patio set, with room to spare for umbrella covers, blankets, throw pillows, etc. The unit is very sturdy and will hold reasonably heavy items on the flat top. It’s also been both totally waterproof – never a single drop of water inside – and critterproof. The top features hydraulic struts for easy opening/closing, and stays open on its own for easy loading/unloading. The two-tone gray pattern matches our paver stones, and the side panels were thick enough to screw-mount a decorative metal sign on the front without compromising the strength or causing leaks. Overall just a great item, we liked it so much we bought a second one for our basement to store the cushions during winter. It’s too large to regularly move around or bring inside, but has held up fine through 2 Michigan winters so far. Highly recommended if you need a large, permanent deck box.
