Best sleep aid, period.
Someone introduced Alteril to me several years ago and it’s been a life saver for a good night’s sleep – but most importantly, with ZERO grogginess the next day. I assume because it’s all natural and not a drug. Without fail, about 30-45 minutes after taking just 1 tablet, I start to get very sleepy and can doze off almost immediately. I highly recommend!!

This is the best sleep supplement I’ve used. I’m knocked out within 30 minutes and wake up in the morning without feeling groggy.

i cant criticize products like this too much because it so depends on your physical and chemical make up, along with what you eat and drink. This had little to no effect on helping me sleep but its not to say it won;t do that for others.

I have always had trouble sleeping and I must say this all natural sleep aid works better than anything else. I have tried. You will not wake up feeling groggy in the morning or confused highly recommend for anyone who wants some thing non-addictive.
