TRADITIONAL CONTROLS: Battery operated Bluetooth remote control with wall cradle is included (Part # RC20-WT). An optional Bluetooth hardwired wall control is sold separately (Part# WC20-WT). I really like this fan. It was easy enough to install. I especially like that I can control it with my Echo devices. The breeze function is nice. The fan is very quiet, as well. It matches my contemporary style. No regrets.

Beautiful fan, very well built with lots of features.
We bought two of these beautiful fans and will probably buy more for our other bedrooms. They are very well built and have lots of features. As others have said it’s an intermediate level task to assemble and install these fans. The instructions are not great but just study the assembly pictures and you’ll have no problem. Just be patient and persistent and it all goes up in a straightforward manner.Two tips:1. Be sure you have a very short philips head screwdriver, only 2-3 inches long. One of the final screws is in a location with minimal access. If you have the right (short) screwdriver it goes in very easily. Would be frustrating to impossible to install that one screw with a regular length screw driver.2. Be sure to use only the WAC app and not the Modern Forms app that’s mentioned in some of the emails they send you. I tried to grant my wife access to control the fans from her phone and the invitation email she received specifically said to use the Modern Forms app but that never worked. Tech support said the automated email was in error and to only use the WAC app, which then worked perfectly for her too.We installed the Wall Control which works great. the included Remote Control and the IOS mobile app also work great. Very happy and will buy again.

Nice fan, only decent customer service
I like the minimalist design. There is a slight wobble, so I tried to balance but it seems that the problem is in the motor. Customer service wasnât much helped. They sent a whole new fan instead of weights or new blades. Same issue.

This ceiling fan looks beautiful but is poor quality. I had it installed by professionals. They were never able to get the fan to work. The light will come on after about a 10 second delay but the fan has never. So Iâm stuck with replacing a ceiling fan.

Great fans with great light
Great fans, we installed several of them in our place. I have no need for the smart features, so didn’t try those except to check firmware, which did not need updating. The fans put out lots of air even on low, are quiet, and the light is impressively bright with good dimming control via the remote. Installation was typical for a ceiling fan with good instructions. Couldn’t be happier with them.
