super comfy, versatile, and well made
I bought this hammock because of its versatility (hammock or chair swing) – and ease of switching between the two options. And that it is! Although I plan to use the chair swing option mostly, switching over to a hammock is simple. Actually, even just putting it together was a breeze; just minutes. However, this is no lightweight hammock. The box states it is almost 40 pounds – so clearly the steel poles are not lightweight – and I had to have my movers bring the box in the house for me when I moved. Even assembling it, I had to take the poles out a few at a time as opposed to carrying the box. But all the technical stuff aside, it very comfortable as a swing. The canvas appears heavy weight, but still soft. The hooks and straps are very heavy duty. After putting it up, I fell right to sleep in it. 🙂 My only slight disappointment is the color of the fabric for the chair. I guess I thought since I ordered the blue and white striped hammock that the sling was interchangeable between the chair swing and hammock. I did not realize I would get two slings! The chair sling is black – but I was hoping for the blue and white stripes. But not a deal breaker, for sure.

Iâm in it everyday. Easy to use and itâs great to have the option of sitting up when with others in the backyard or laying back for an afternoon of listening to a baseball game. Kind of heavy to tote around the beach or park for a BBQ, but great for the house.

I got this for my porch, and it is just as comfortable and fun as I’d hoped! The canvas is sturdy and doesn’t look likely to mold if I forget to take it in in the rain. The frame feels heavy and solid, and was pretty easy to assemble by myself (although it would have been easier with a second person to help.) Only two minor drawbacks:1. converting between chair and hammock is a major PITA, which is why I keep it in chair mode2. The frame rocks back and forth when I try to swing, which makes it feel a tiny bit unstableThat’s why it’s four stars instead of 5. Still, very happy I got it!

My wife just loves this! She enjoys sitting in the “chair” portion of this under our tree in the backyard, as it allows her to put her feet in the grass and rock herself back and forth. With the adjustability of hook placement, this swing allows you to place it in the perfect position, if you want your feat flat on the ground or if you want them off the ground. This is definitely her “happy place.”i attempted to use it as a hammock. It works well. I’m 5’11” tall. I weigh 240 pounds and was a bit skeptical, after seeing the metal hooks that it would be able to hold me without bending them. After spending some time in the hammock I can say that it held me up just fine and it’s comfortable for me.Set up was simple. The directions were easy to follow. The bars slide into each other until they click into place. To make it go from a true hammock to a hammock chair you just need to push in the two tabs on each side of the bottom cross bar and finagle them until they pop out of the holes. When changing it to a hammock you just slide the bottom bar further apart until the tabs pop up into the further holes. Then you rotate the two arms outward until the tabs pop out into their new positions and you now have a hammock stand.When I first received the Suncreat 2 in 1 Hammock Chair there were some issues with the metal and clips. I contacted the company through amazon messaging and got a response the same day. I sent them photos of the issue and they sent out replacement parts.A nice versatile piece of furniture for your backyard.

decided to leave a review about this , i bought this last spring and today is the first warm day so I went out and switched it from a hammock to the swing chair and put it in the yard in the sun . This thing is absolutely amazing. Iâve had no problems with it. Itâs fairly easy to switch back-and-forth, Sometimes I have a little trouble with the bottom button but I really think I need to just put a little oil on it ,but I love the hammock and if youâre a bigger person, let me tell you do not try to turn both of your feet to the side to get out of it , if you put one leg on each side of the hammock reach up and pull yourself up from the hook. Itâs easier and safer to get out than trying to push yourself up from the side and falling. Once I figured out how to get in and out of it easier that made a world a difference. I have never owned a hammock or been in one since I was a child but I love this product. The swing has a little pocket on the seat so you can set your phone or stuff in it. But I will say a year later I absolutely love this product.Also I saw one review saying the hammock wasnât comfortable but it is very comfortable. I did notice it could make my back a little sore but youâre also laying in a much different position than you ever are in a bed so it is moving your body different, but it is so comfortable. I could sleep in it if it was inside my house. lol

Worth it
My daughter picked this out over a year ago. I fall asleep in it all the time. Its held up nicely with no rips or rust to the stand. The stand is easily broke down. Having two options is also fun.

Such a huge dissapointment
Hugely dissapointed, I have had several hammocks over the years, prefer them to a bed/mattress, this was intended to be used indoors as a replacement for my sofa, assumed it would be of usual quality, expected to give a 5 star review, except..where the upright poles connect, the outer pole fits too loosely over the inner (base) pole, causing the hammock pole to jerk when the hammock swings forward or back even gently, with an audible clunking noise…which defeats any possibility of comfort or relaxation. Never had this issue with other hammock framesover the years. The quality is otherwise stellar, pristine packaging, great instructions, super easy to assemble, love the ease of switching from full hammock to chair mode, etc.I contacted the seller, will update if I receive any response or resolution.

It’s too small for my husband; he is 5’10” and 200 lbs.I am 5’1″ and 120 lbs and works ok for me. If it was longer and wider, It would have been ok.So, if you are looking for one, look at the measurements of this one and look for something bigger.I do not recommend it.
