Looks and operates like an expensive full size oven.
I am so impressed. I bought an air fryer combo on Amazon. It felt like it was made of tin cans. Not kidding. The look and feel of this is outstanding. The door is similar to my stove. Thick, well built. Feels substantial. Cool all over when cooking. It gets warm but thatâs it. Itâs a 1400 watt oven. Most are 1800 watt now. Couldnât care less. So it takes an extra minute. .i couldn’t be more pleased. The brand is one I have relied on through the years

A very good countertop oven
I have been using my new oven over the holidays. I’m very happy with the final results of everything that I have baked in it. It does give the results I want and I’m pleased. I do think that this oven is noisy! In addition, it’s annoying that the oven light does not stay on when pressed. Because some items can overbake within seconds, the light is constantly being pressed to check for browning. Finally, I do think this oven is overpriced. I’m happy with it, but can’t figure out why these components + labor + shipping total almost $400!

E02 errors only 2 months after I bought it! Only a 30 day return policy
It worked great at first. I started getting E02 errors and googled it. It’s happening to others. It’s a bad thermal controller. Only two months old and Calphalon told me it qualifies for a replacement but I need to pay the shipping costs. The product on Amazon has a 30-day return policy and that window closed so they can’t help. Luckily my father knows electronics, so I’ll be replacing the bad thermal controller with his help based on another consumer’s feedback on Google. 🙁

Met Expectations
This is an excellent toaster/air fryer oven. It is easy to use and the directions are helpful. It cooks as expected.

Not great
This toaster oven looks very pretty and stays cool to touch, but takes 3 times as long to cook anything. After a couple of months I have gone back to my 10 year old Breville. I was looking forward to this new toaster oven and II am super disappointed.

Bakes Better Than My New Top of the Line Oven
My husband and I are thrilled with this oven. We had a Cuisinart countertop connection oven that would hardly toast on the highest setting and it would only brown the top of the bread. This oven toasts evenly on the 3 setting. I bake a lot and did an experiment today. I made some of the bialys in my oven, in which I have 4 baking steels, and the rest in the Calphalon countertop. Both were set for the same temperature and time. The Calphalon oven baked perfectly and the bottoms were golden brown. The bialys baked in the regular oven were pale underneath.My only complaint is that although I clean it after every use, the roof of the oven already has burnt on brown discoloration. I tried baking soda and vinegar and Barkeeper’s Friend and even a fine steel wool and the stains won’t budge. Any suggestion would be welcome. I really want this stay clean.
