Customers say
Customers find the headset’s sound quality excellent, hearing everything clearly in video calls, and appreciate its comfort, with one noting it’s suitable for long Zoom calls. The battery life is great, with one customer mentioning it lasts an entire day on a single charge, and they consider it a solid investment. The noise cancellation and connectivity receive mixed feedback – while some praise the noise cancellation, others report it’s not perfect, and while some say it connects well to two devices simultaneously, others experience random disconnections during calls. The functionality and value for money also get mixed reviews, with some saying it works well while others report it stops working for no reason and consider it not worth the price.

Clear Calls and Comfort with Minor Mic and Dongle Tips
The Poly Voyager headset is a fantastic choice for anyone doing sales calls or spending long hours on the phone. The sound quality is clear and crisp, which helps me stay focused and professional during every call. One of the best features is how well it filters out background noise. It blocks out distractions so well that my calls never sound like a noisy call center, even if Iâm working in a busy environment. The headset is also very comfortable to wear for extended periods. I can keep it on all day without any discomfort, which makes a big difference when you have back-to-back calls. That said, there are a couple of things to watch out for. The mic connection can sometimes drop if you move around too much or donât position it just right. It takes a little getting used to, but once you figure it out, itâs no big deal. Also, the tiny USB dongle is super easy to lose, so I make sure to keep it somewhere safe when Iâm not using the headset. Losing it would cause major interruptions and frustration.Overall, the Poly Voyager is a solid, reliable headset that really improves the sales call experience. The comfort, sound quality, and noise filtering make it worth dealing with the small quirks. If you spend a lot of time on the phone, this headset is definitely worth considering.

Fantastic Audio Quality and Windows 11 Integration
Are you tethered to your desk all day and need a solid pair of headphones with excellent voice quality over a mic? Poly Voyager Focus 2s offer all that and immeasurably improved voice quality over competitors, like WH-1000MX5s, which are forced to use low-quality, terrible mic quality in hands-free mode because of Windows 10 and 11 driver limitations. Hands-free headphones without a dedicated mic, like Jabra or Poly, have absolutely rotten quality that’s unuseable for recordings, Teams voice chats, and basic use.I’ve put Poly Voyager Focus 2s up against the Jabra Evolve2 65s, and the Jabras got sent back. That was after a sad fail on the WH-1000MX5s that had beautiful sound and horrendous voice quality.THE GOODHoly cats, these things work easily right out of the box. Turn them on and bam, my Windows 11 laptop immediately picked them up without hesitation. Connecting to other Bluetooth devices was effortless. It synced up beautifully with MS Teams and my coworkers reported excellent voice and sound quality lacking in my previous set of $200 headphones.Poly’s over-ear design is comfortable and great for long-term wear. I am extremely leery of rotating headphone designs (Jabra Evolve 65s consistently break for me on the boom) but the construction seems to be better and sturdier with an unfortunate rotating pivot. Time will tell if they hold up to daily but gentle use. The boom’s solid construction and great placement avoid getting entangled in long hair, earrings or literally in your mouth from unfortunate design (hi Jabra). I love the feature of auto-mute when I push the boom up.Recording quality has been excellent when using Articulate, Camtasia, Captivate, SnagIt, and Adobe products. It’s had little issue adapting for different sound volumes or programs.Poly excels in noise cancellation and the Voyagers are great. While *I* hear the garbage man outside while my landscaper’s mowers and blowers are running loud enough to be heard two provinces over, my coworkers claimed not to hear a thing. While I could still hear the general roar of noise outside, if muted somewhat by whatever noise cancelling these have, they didn’t and that was important. These keep a long charge. The tilted stand isn’t my favourite but it’s a good design that rarely falls over and the headset charges very quickly. It uses a single side input between the earpiece and the headset itself, so I’m not sure how long-term durability will be on that.Suggestion: Make sure to keep the Poly dongle in the USB port for maximized call quality and clarity. I’ve not tried the headset much without them, but it makes a significant difference for range and quality.THE BADThe one- or two-second pause when the Poly headphones sync up with my laptop’s sound. This has challenges when I’m doing fine-tuned audio work, like cropping sound tracks, and requires me to either leave longer pauses in my recording or flip to another headset for that portion of the work. I haven’t found a way to overcome this setting.OVERALL: 4.5 stars

Good but not great
Pro:- Build quality is top notch and durable. I take this in the carrying pouch and put it in my laptop carrying case all the time and there’s never an issue. I’m sure I’ve dropped it a few times and it still works. Looks like a professional device.- The call sound is clear. Audio sound is clear. Good bass if you’re using for music or other MP3 or video watching on mobile.- I haven’t used too many of the advanced call options because it’s paired to my cell for my office. But the call functions that apply to cell phone use all work correctly and are easy to figure out.- Battery life is great, and it charges quickly. I’d recommend getting the charging base. Makes it easier than constantly plugging in with a micro-usb.Cons- Sometimes I wear it on one ear only for a bit if I’m multi-tasking, and when I put the other ear back on, the sound isn’t there. Turning the unit off then back on usually fixes this.- The noise canceling while on a cell phone can make your own voice muted and hard to hear on the other end. When I use noise canceling, it’s on the lower setting.- If you have it paired to multiple devices with bluetooth, sometimes it takes it 15-20 seconds to connect to them both. This can cause issues connecting it to your cellphone fast if you’re charging it when the phone rings.- I’m not sure if it’s supposed to be able to, but it won’t charge while being used at the same time. So plugging in a micro-usb while using it to charge it doesn’t work.- Not as comfortable as I would like it to be. After an hour or so, my ears start to hurt and I have to take it off between calls. Not sure if more padding would help or if it’s just the shape of my own ears.Overall – it works nicely most of the time, but the things that seem like small issues can become annoying when it’s every single day for every single call.

Fonctionnent bien.

Really lightweight, easy to use, and reliable – there is nothing much to add 🙂 After around a month of daily use there is nearly nothing to complain on. Everything works great. Only thing I noticed is, that it probably don’t like to be connected to a two device’s at once, one by bluetooth and second trough the dongle. It behaves little strange then, music or other audio is distorted. It behaves like the headset is trying to play sound from both of the sources at once, but it sounds like muting and unmuting the playing audio.
