Wonderful Chair. Best Personal PC Investment All Year!
For the price you cannot beat this chair. I’ve had the same office chair that I bought from Wal-Mart over 6 years ago, and it got so flat it really hurt to sit in for more than an hour. After upgrading my personal PC and getting into some longer gaming sessions, I knew I needed something that A) wasn’t fake leather and B) had all of the support and adjustments I needed to personalize my sitting posture. This chair delivered on all accounts. The breathable mesh on the seat is thick, retains its shape, and the back is comfy yet durable. It was simple to put together, the rollers are high quality, and the adjustments are all strong and hold well. I can game for hours in comfort without having any pain in my legs or rear. The only gripe, and it’s a small one, is the armrests are very hard. They work great for mouse/keyboard, but extended typing or using a gamepad and resting our arms against them at an agle really hurts your elbows after a while. I don’t expect soft, padded armrests but that’s just something to be aware of if you’re buying it to game or you type a lot.I will buy this chair again when/if the first one wears out.*UPDATE 12/17/2015 – I still really like this chair, but the armrests have become the worst I have ever used. They’re FAR too tall and can’t be adjusted down far enough. After I have played Fallout 4 a few nights with an Xbox One gamepad, my shoulder is sore and my elbows are hurting. I ended up just taking them off and it works out, but I can see why more popular “gaming” chairs have armrests that adjust far lower or fold away. I’d still recommend this chair to anyone who works in an office, but for gaming use…probably not the best choice.

I bought both the Flash Furniture Mid Back Black Mesh Chair and the SPACE Seating Professional Dark Air Grid Back w/ Black Eco L
I bought both the Flash Furniture Mid Back Black Mesh Chair and the SPACE Seating Professional Dark Air Grid Back w/ Black Eco Leather Seat.I needed two chairs for my home office as I often have clients over. At the time of this review, both of these chairs are number one sellers on Amazon in their respective categories. At my previous employment I had an Aeron chair and funny enough I actually like both of these as much if not more. The Aeron had better casters and quality of construction but I always found it kind of mushy, and I had to constantly re tighten the arm rests as they tended become loose from their settings after a couple of hours.Consensus: Pleasantly surprised by both of them and Iâm giving them both 5 stars for value and comfort. Note, Iâm only in my first week with both.- Ease of assembly â Assembled both chairs within 15 minutes. The SPACE was in particular really easy. Both have the identical number of bolts used in identical places (10 for each chair). The Flash had slightly weaker instructions but overall both were very easy to assemble. I particularly like the touch of the SPACE chair where they warned on the box âdonât use a knife here to openâ which could have led to cutting some of the fabric with a large knife.- Comfort â I am 5â 9â 220 lbs (body builder) and I found both chairs very comfortable. I prefer a firmer cushion and good back support – both were excellent. Same thing on leg height. I had no issues with long terms seating when with past chairs my legs and ass could go numb. Iâm currently using the Flash more, but that is because if reading a book or gaming, itâs nice to be able to tilt back. The SPACE has better casters and is better for hardcore grinding away at work if you want a rigid back. Iâve noticed people complaining that the chairs donât go down far enough. At my height no problem. Especially once I added blocks under my antique oak table lifting it up higher. Perfect ergonomic feel now compared to what I had before.- Quality â The SPACE (made in Taiwan) has better quality construction and materials than the Flash (made in China). Aesthetically I find the SPACE better looking, The Flash has some nasty silver flashing on it, cheaper plastic, and IMHO leaving the nasty dust guards off made it look much better. If I had to bet money on it I think the SPACE will outlast the Flash. The quality of the cushions on the SPACE also seem a bit higher than the Flash.- Value â For the comfort I have now, if these chairs last a couple of years itâs an outstanding value. I seriously considered getting another Aeron and Iâm glad I didnât. Iâm part of a start up now and Iâm getting 90% of the comfort from the Aeron for literally 1/7th the price from each of these chairs. AND I now have two chairs. Killer value.Overall: Depending on what you want from an office chair theyâre both great. The Flash has the advantage of adjust-ability for different seating postures but the SPACE wins when it comes to old school, rigid back grind it out comfort â it just feels a little bit more stable.

Good Quality, Good Seat-Cushioning, and Good Lumbar Support Mesh
I’ve been using this chair for 5 months before I wrote this review. I’ve had no damage issues and the quality hasn’t declined with daily use. This chair is a good purchase for the price and quality of the product. I’m 5’8″ and around 145 pounds. I use the chair daily, and will be in it for 8 hours a day during college terms. The chair supports my lower back well, and the mesh on the back of the chair is firm enough to support but elastic enough to still be comfortable and conform to the contours of my back. The chair has enough adjustment mechanisms to keep the support focus on the lumbar spine, while tilting the seat at the correct angle to prevent tingling in the lower legs. The seat has firm cushioning, which keeps the chair comfortable and doesn’t generate sore spots after repeated hours of sitting. Assembling the chair was simple enough. If you can assemble IKEA furniture, you can assemble this chair. I had no issues with shipping damage.I will mention 3 downfalls to the chair. First, the arm rests tend to rattle around when they’re in the lowest possible position. The rattling stops if I raise their height, but the desk I sit at won’t allow me to raise them beyond the lowest setting. While it doesn’t affect the quality of the chair or how I use it, it’s fairly annoying to hear the rattling basically every time I move the chair to sit in it, or pretty much any movement of the chair. I haven’t tried to stop the rattling, but I would have to try and figure out how to remove the arm rests which is more time than I want to spend on a manufacturing issue.Second, this chair’s lowest height setting seems fairly tall for someone of my height. I have it at its lowest setting, and my legs are just at the ideal angle to keep my feet flat on the floor. I can tilt the seat angle to help a little, but it’s worth mentioning in case you are shorter than me. This could be addressed by placing something on the floor for my feet, but it’s not ideal to do so.Finally, the seat cushion has a mesh liner covering it, which means small particles can end up between the seat and the mesh liner. Since I eat at my desk, small food particles can end up in that space. This is a minor issue, since a general sweeping motion with my hand or a towel will eventually catch the particles and send them flying onto the floor.

Great value. It has 3 adjustments including height, tilt back and back recline. If you have carpet you need a hard chair mat. I ordered the “AmazonBasics Polycarbonate Anti-Slip Chair Mat for Hard Floors – 47″ x 59” “
