Fast charging
I purchased this charger to temporarily replace my ebike charger which fell off a shelf and wouldn’t work. This charger for the money is 4 times faster than the original! It said fast charging but I didn’t expect it to be this fast. the original that came with the bike is on order but said 4 weeks for delivery. I got this one in 2 days! Highly recommend this product!

Works but slow & a little too hot for comfort
I bought this after breaking the male connector off the OEM. I only used it once as I have 2 e-bikes & prefer to use the “better one” which happens to fit both batteries.Comparing it to my “brick” charger.This is questionable.I wouldn’t trust it if unattended.

False advertising
So when you are purchasing an ebike charger for a 48v 20a.h. battery your charger needs to be a 2 or 2.5amp out put. This charger is half the size it should be and only a 1 amp out put.False advertising. I use my ebike to get to work and back everyday. My battery charged 8hrs. Did not get a full charged and didn’t get me to the job. If your selling ebike chargers then sell the correct box that will charge the batteries I need my money back or the charger that should have been sent to me please

Works, but gets Hot
Charges my KBO Ranger to full in about 12 hours. Met OE specs. Oddly it never stops charging (red light) even when ebike reaches 100% AND gets too hot to touch. 3 stars because I am hesitant to leave alone plugged in due to heat, not turning self off, and possibility of overcharging.
