Good Product
We purchased two of these for our department. They work very well and prevent you from over tightening the screws on your scope. The tool is precise and simple to use. This product was recommended by an instructor at an armorers class. I recommend this product.

Excellent Driver easy to Set.
Its a Wheeler, if you shoot, you need this tool!Came with Factory Calibration Paper, Now my scope rings are Set Correctly. The 1 problem is No phillips head, but like any man I used my Milwaukee bits kit, or any 6 sided bit seat. The included bits are Ok, not great but… The driver does the job, bits you buy by the bag.

Good driver, bits could be better.
The driver itself works great. Torqued down my red dot and rifle scope mounts to spec. However, the included torx T8 I believe sheared off when attempting 10 inch pounds, which seems very low given the driver is rated for 60. I had to purchase a separate bit set to use to re mount it on a new gun.

A NECESSARY TOOL, GREAT QUALITY!
This tool is a must for those wishing to properly install a scope base and rings to a rifle, in addition to any task requiring inch-pound torque pressure to install a screw. First, the quality of this item is very good. It’s well-made and simple to use. The instructions are clear, concise, and very easy to comprehend. I have a Brownells master gunsmith screwdriver set and this tool works with all the bits, making it incredibly versatile. The plastic case and ten accompanying bits are an added plus. Even though I have a good friend who is always more than happy to let me borrow his (and I have many times), I figured it’s past time for me to buy my own. This is a very affordable, practical, and quality tool that you’ll be pleased to own and use.

Torque wrench that should be included for everyone’s gunsmithing bench.
I am very impressed by this torque wrench. I have to say at first impression, by just viewing the description of this merchandise, I thought it would be a simple torque wrench with cheap quality material that is at no competition to the other gun torque wrenches, that are priced higher than this one. I stand corrected. This torque wrench is heavier than I expected, and the precision of the adjustment of torque is very defined. The break is clean when the specified torque is reached. The10 bits that this torque wrench comes with is well machined and even comes stamped with the part number so that you know what part number just in case you need to purchase another. The powerful neodymium earth magnet in the bit reciever ensures that the changeable bit stays in place. This is the only torque wrench that I have found that ranges from 10 in/lb up to 65 in/lb. The graduated in/lb scale is defined in intervals of 5 in/lb and are marked with numbers of 10 through 60 in/lb., making it easy to adjust to the desired torque. At the adjusting end of the torque wrench, there is even an image of how to operate and adjust the torque. The holding case that it comes with is a plus. The plastic interior is molded to specificaly hold your torque wrench and the 10 bits. You also have a place to put a mini leveler, which I think is included in an upgraded version of this tool. Over all,the cover of the case is actually hinged and will not break with continuous open/close use as compared to the plastic hinges that cheap cases are made of. Now that I have this handy torque wrench, I can redo all my rifle scopes and properly align and torque it to recommended specs. Not only for screws, I can also torque all nut and bolts and be assured to not strip any threads again. I am glad that I purchased this torque wrench. Not only did I get this wrench at an awesome price, it is also a good quality torque wrench for all of your gunsmithing and hobby tool kit collection.

Use this all the time.
Such a great tool! I use this ALL the time. Great for properly torqueing all of the small fasteners on firearms. I highly recommend this tool, for anyone working on firearms or mounting optics.Applying proper torque will help prevent damage and ensure the component is secure.

Iâve had one of these for years⦠but sold it to buy the wheeler digital version ⦠then regretted itThe digital type has no definite stop when it thinks youâve reached the preset torque⦠and mine threw the toys out of the pram frequently bleeping and screen going badCanât trust itI bought another analogue type and again have a fully trustworthy tool that physically disengages the tool at the preset torque
