[DURACORD ROPE]: Synthetic blend that is soft as cotton with durability of polyester. This rope is All-Weather and resistant to rot, mold and mildew. DuraCord is the densest rope on the market resulting in less stretch and increased support when relaxing.
[OAK SPREADER BAR]: Premium Oak hardwood that has been repeatedly hand-dipped in a honey gold marine-grade varnish for protection and longevity.
[DOUBLE-LATCH WEAVE]:Individual ropes are handwoven to pull against each other to produce a lattice-like design, eliminating the need for knots within the rope bed. This also allows us to use almost twice the amount of rope in each hammock than most of our competitors.
[ZINC PLATED HARDWARE]: We plate all our hardware, with zinc to protect against rust and ensure an overall longer outdoor life.

Everyone loves it
I’ve had this about a year or so and couldn’t be happier. High quality and still vivid blue after a year of sun. Very comfortable and dries lightning quick. Everyone wants to lay in it! No problems whatsoever.

Comfortable, durable, attractive hammock
Hammocks are made for relaxing and this one gets it right. The duracord material is soft and comfortable and it will withstand the effects of weather. This is about as simple as it gets — hang it and forget it. What could be more relaxing? The oatmeal color is a very natural, just off-white shade. It is the same color that a white rope will naturally fade to.The Presidential Size is also great if you’re looking for a larger hammock. It’s plenty big for two people or if you want a bit more room to yourself. It may be too large for some spaces, especially if you want to use it on a porch. It’s 10 inches wider than the standard “large” (65″ vs 55″). Works wonderfully with the Hatteras L-STGTX Tri-Beam Forest Green Steel Hammock Stand if you don’t want to hang from trees or posts.

Far exceeds expectations. Well worth the money.
This hammock is larger than I expected. Will easily fit two large adults and even more kids. I am 5â4â and am comfortable laying on it crossways in a sling chair fashion. The rope is comfortable too and looks like it will be very durable. I am very satisfied with it and strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a large, durable, hammock.

Amazing quality
This is the best hammock ever. At first I was worried about dry rotting and having to put it away in the fall. There was nothing to be worried about, as this thing has lasted every season since purchasing. The only weathering I see so far is the wood panel beginning to peel of the varnish.I was looking for extra long lasting comfortable relaxation, and for the money spent it is well worth it.

Spectacular Hammock!
This hammock is SPECTACULAR! The color is stunning and the size is large enough to easily accommodate two people very comfortably. I fear it’s all too good to be true. It will be interesting to see how the color and quality does over time. For now though the product has exceeded my most hopeful expectations. Thanks again to Amazon. As an aside, I have been so impressed with Amazon as a company that I have invested in Amazon stock. I think both Amazon and Pawley’s Island have a very bright future.

Best Quality and Long Lasting. This is my Second Pawley’s Hammock.
I had a Green Pawley’s Hammock for over 25 years. I drag it out in Spring and leave it up until just before the first freeze. Recently I had the entire year Re-Landscaped, and thought I needed Pawley’s #2. I gave the old one away to a friend. It’s still Good. I just wanted a new one. I hope the new one will last as long as #1. I think I’m good until I turn 90 years old. This is the best hammock on the market, and I’ve tried and look at all of them.

great product. very comfortable weave
great product. very comfortable weave. wood is gorgeous and nicely polyed. We spent time at Pawley’s Island and saw these there. Money well spent over cheap hammocks or nylon rope hammocks that eat into your skin. My last hammock lasted a long time, but this hammock is so much more comfortable. This feels like cotton but is really durable nylon. Had it out all summer and looks brand new. My grandkids love it, as do I.

Great for two people
This hammock is very well made and the DuraCord is comfortable even directly against the skin. The extra wide size is great with two people on it as well. It would be nice if the weave were a little tighter.
