Great for drawing out pimples naturally and effectively!
Mighty patches are very effective at drawing out impurities from pesky pimples. Great for sensitive skin types and just about any pimple including cystic acne. Also wonderful for protection after pimple extractions. They keep the bacteria out and pimple protected and treated. Other patches tend to stick too well and leave a red sensitive mark when removed, where as mighty patch sticks just right and does not leave a mark. I’d say well worth the extra buck over other brands.

They BEST pimple patch for whiteheads!
The PERFECT patch for whiteheads. I have used several brands – from other top known names to generic – and these patches always pull the most gunk out! Theyâre odorless (not all brands that Iâve tried are) and the âstickinessâ is a 10/10 (again, not all brands Iâve tried have this great of a âstickâ). Super simple to apply and remove!They work so well that Iâve noticed my skin will almost ripple from dryness if I use them multiple nights in a row on the same spot – so heed caution there. I think I was overdoing it on a few cystic like pimples :)I also love that it only has one ingredient – simple and pure for my sensitive skin.

Perfect â no need to try anything else
These are the only pimple patches Iâve ever triedâand honestly, I have no desire to experiment with anything else. They work that well. Theyâre not clear, but I donât mind since I usually wear them at home or overnight.What really impressed me is how fast they work. They recommend leaving them on for 6â8 hours, but Iâve seen results in just a couple of hours. Of course, I leave them on the full time whenever I can, but itâs amazing to know they can still help when Iâm short on time.The pack size is perfectânot too many, not too fewâand I always make sure to have them stocked. Total staple in my skincare routine!

Seriously Works Like a Charm Every Time!
I had a few stubborn whiteheads pop up before an event, and I decided to give these a try overnight. When I peeled the patch off in the morning, I could literally see all the gunk it pulled out. The redness was down and the bump was way flatter. It was kind of gross in the best way.What I really love is how gentle it is. No stinging, no drying out my skin like some harsh creams. You just stick it on and forget about it. The adhesive stays put all night, even if I toss and turn. And it doesnât leave any residue when you peel it off. Only used once so far, but seem to work well. They are easy to apply and will stick to skin, as long as it’s clean. Woke up and the pimple was gone and the patch was filled. When you consider price per patch, the price is great! The patches are a light skin color, which matches mine, so you can’t even see them. There is no scent.

Effective on whiteheads. Sucks bacteria/pus/infection out of the clogged pore You’re left with a white blob on the sticker. Change it out every 6 to 8 hours. You want a nice airtight seal. Starts reducing the inflammation immediately. No popping. No scarring. Quick and effective. I let these sit around in my medicine cabinet for almost a year. Recently, I got a big zit probably from using coconut oil on my hair…and days of retin A, AHA/BHA, and light pressure were not working so I decided to try this and I am so glad I did. Definitely see if it works for you.

Most effective pimple “remover”
Works wonders to reduce redness and eliminate zits/pimples. Depending how big they are, you might have to use these multiple days to get out all the pus, but they help shrink and reduce inflammation in the process. They stick great and work best in whiteheads. If you have a zit with no head, I’d recommend not using until the head is there or it will raise it.
