I normally don’t provide reviews, but the MubiLife cameras have impressed me and my family so much that I felt obligated to share my experience.First some background: We leave in a pretty safe neighborhood but things have gotten worse over the past few years. Neighbors reporting of car break ins and some more violent crimes reported nearby.Also, over the past several years, more people have been moving in and the neighborhood vibe has changed. I live with my daughter and four small grandchildren, and the kids used to be able to play without incident.But recently, other neighborhood kids have become increasingly menacing. It started with little fights and name calling. Then it escalated into little things like kids randomly ding dong ditching us several times throughout the week.Things continued to escalate to the point of kids taunting in front of the house, then running through our front yard, and then putting things in our yard such as random construction items found in other parts of the neighborhood.Recently, I found a 2×4 piece of wood with rusty corner spikes on it placed face up where the spike were sticking up outside one of my front gates. My family has been become increasingly stressed over these incidents, especially when I’m not around.I finally had enough so off to Amazon I went – searching for outdoor wireless security cameras. I did a little research, and the ones that stood out to me the most were the Mubilife security cameras.I liked the functionality, the features, and the price so I was willing to take a chance on these versus the ones that had more reviews and purchases.I must say I am overly impressed with the Mubilife cameras. From the minute I unboxed them, I could tell the packaging was of high quality. The instructions, cameras, solar panels, and mounts were high quality as well, and I was very excited to get them installed.I followed the instructions and charged the cameras overnight in with the included 4 USB C charging cords the day before I installed them.The cameras just worked right out of the gate. I plugged in the home base to my wireless router and then scanned each camera and they were instantly registered with the home base unit. I did this before installing the cameras per the instructions.The installation was a breeze, just having to drill 3 small holes for each camera and solar panel.The mounts were easy to install, and the cameras fit perfectly and locked into place on the mounts. The solar panels were equally easy to mount and install. I had everything mounted, installed, functioning, and looking great within a few hours (even taking my time and a few breaks along the way).All I can say is wow. The video quality is amazing, the motion sensors work amazingly well, the pan and tilt functions work great, and there are more features than I realized.The AI detection is also top notch – the cameras will tell you if it is a vehicle, pet, or human that is detected. The sound / microphone is very sensitive and loud, picking up the slightest of noises for added peace of mind.The human following is something out of a science fiction movie! These cameras will pick up on motion, then follow you around. I think we freaked the UPS driver out yesterday as he kept looking back at the “eye in the sky” that was following him.After showing these to my family, they were like wow dad – these things are crazy good! You have to do a review to let others know.The things I will say that I am equally impressed with are the features that weren’t necessarily highlighted. These cameras have amazing night vision and the detection is equally as good in very dark lighting as it is in the day. There is a little light ring on each camera for low light conditions. Also, even though tilt isn’t mentioned much, these cameras automatically tilt as well as the 360 degree pan – I believe the tilt is close to 90 degrees.The batteries have been great, not going below 95% even though we have been playing with the functionality a lot. The solar panels do their job at keeping the cameras fully charged.Also, thanks to my 10yr old grandson, I now know that they have an alarm / siren built in that can be activated per camera.The Koocam app is equally very functional, works great, and is very customizable. I never heard of this app before, but it is high quality and works great. You can even hit a button to have all of the cameras on one screen so you feel like a security guard watching the entire property with each camera live streaming the high quality video.Knowing that these little AI security cam bots are not only watching out for us but recording 24×7 with motion sensors, night vision, and human following just makes us all sleep better. The recordings are instantly sent to the home base unit so even if someone decided to damage or steal the cameras, the recordings would be safe and secure inside.I must say as a Ring doorbell user for many years, these Mubilife cameras and the app greatly overshadow the features, functionality, and capabilities of Ring at a much more economical cost.Thanks to the Mubilife cameras, my family feels safer, more secure, and we are all less stressed now. Oh yeah, those menacing kids went by earlier today, saw the cameras, and took off quickly on the other side of the street.One other thing, this home unit will support more cameras even though it comes with 4. I will be purchasing additional cameras in the near future now that I see how amazingly well they work.I highly recommend the Mubilife wireless security cameras for anyone wanting additional safety, security and peace of mind.
