Solid value but metal frame is flimsy.
I can’t speak to the longevity yet but the rubber boot is a nice flexible and tough material. It came with a bunch of nice self-drilling screws which are perfect for my application which is a metal roof. The metal bezel that is supposed to maintain pressure between the screws to ensure a good seal is a very soft aluminum. Too soft in my opinion. I cut my own bezel from a scrap piece of roofing to go over the attached soft one and it turned out fine with fewer screws going through my roof.

$20 each is a rip off. It Ripped when installing
