I purchased this when it was on sale to keep in the car for emergencies. I was able to test it on a bright sunny day connected to an MPPT controller, which showed it producing 36 watts of power. It is mainly intended for recharging mobile devices, which it does well, but also as a means to keep the car’s battery charged when it sits for an extended period of time. It fits nicely on the dash of the car and while it can’t be as efficient there as outside, it still generates more than enough power to offset the vampiric tendencies of modern cars, which are always sucking juice from the car’s battery.

This little 20W panel is good. It charged an anker 10,000mah battery bank and my phone from 50% to full in an hour in full sun. I’ve been testing it in preparation of a hike this summer. I intend to hang it on my pack.

Item is easy to install works on low light, but slow charging in any direct sunlight. Good build quality and valley for money. Has a size of a standard window, but the hooks have to be bought separately and doesn’t include with the product to hang.
