Love it!
We got the Roborock Q10 S5+ in July 2025 for our 1,610 sq ft home, and to startâwe love it. Itâs quiet, intuitive, and surprisingly thorough. It consistently picks up dirt we didnât even know was there.Iâd say it handles about 85% of the dirt, which is impressive. Itâs not a full replacement for traditional cleaning, but it definitely makes life easier. We have LVP and thicker carpet, and it handles both with no issues. Even our shag-style area rug gets cleaned wellâthough sometimes the vacuum hesitates to get on it, likely because it registers as an obstacle. When that happens, I just lift it onto the rug and hit resume. The mapping feature is smart. It mapped our house quickly and continues adjusting for new furniture or stuff left out. It also talks when itâs heading back to the base or emptying itself into the self-cleaning bin, which is a nice touch. As for mopping, itâs great for picking up light dust or surface dirt. Itâs not going to replace your regular mopâbut for daily upkeep, itâs helpful. You can clean the whole house, just one or more specific rooms, or even create custom zonesâsuper handy. The app is extremely user-friendly, and a quick YouTube tutorial made setup a breeze.Highly recommendâitâs been a great addition to our cleaning routine!

Excellent vacuum/mop that gets the job done!
So far we love him. We call him Rocky as probably most people do. We also have a few other robot vaccums but the other ones we have do not have lidar. I was amazed at how quickly it mapped our room where our other robots are just random and go all over the place, Rocky has a plan. He gets every inch of the room he is cleaning. The auto emptying and pet hair cutting is also amazing. We have 4 cats and 3 dogs and where our other robot brushes have to be cleaned after every cleaning, Rocky does it for us. Lastly is the mopping function. I like to do a ton of research and I was not too excited with how the mopping would work because its only a pad that vibrates compared to some of the other very expensive ones that have spinning brushes but I am shocked how well it does. The app is great along with the scheduling and I just can’t say enough about our little Rocky.

Very smart and does a good job of vacuuming
First, I’m a VERY critical consumer. I’ve owned four other robotic vacuums. This is the best in almost every way. The only weakness is the mopping mode. It has a small reservoir and requires soaking the pad. If mopping is a priority to a customer, I wouldn’t purchase this. But when it comes to cleaning and not getting lost, it’s the best. I can tell that it is very smart. I’ve closed doors so it’s gotten stuck and I’ve put it down in a different part of the house, and after spinning around and moving a few feet here and there, it seems to figure out where it is and finds its way home. Our house is very spread out, and it has no problem finding its way to the farthest room. The software is easy to use. It is very easy to select one or multiple rooms for cleaning. It is very powerful and actually went under our recliner, which has about a 3/4″ metal bar. It was very easy to zoom in and create no-go zones, which I made, where we had extension cords or USB cables under furniture. If you don’t, as I hadn’t to begin with, it will get caught up in them. I’ve had it for less than a year, so I can’t speak of longevity. I always read negative reviews prior to making a purchase and look for consistency. I didn’t find that, nor did I have any issue with anything that was complained about in the one-star reviews. There’s been no issue with picking up dirt or crumbs. We don’t have pets, so I’m unsure about hair, etc. I like this so much that we gifted a more expensive, almost new vacuum that had some issues with noise on a hard floor, and not being smart, and bought a second Roborock for our cabin.

Customer service sucks more than the robot!!
Customer service for this product is worse than terrible!Connecting the device was a nightmare! I knew that it needed to be connected on a 2.4 network. I have many devices that connect through my dual-band router, and select the 2.4 network. This device will not do this. I did not learn this through Roborock customer reps or through my ISP. A friend mentioned that she had encountered this problem, and suggested that I split the networks on my router. Luckily, my ISP has an app that makes this possible without having to log into the router! For those who do not live with the disrespect and assumptions of competence shown to people without sight, you may not be aware that people with little or no sight use smartphones and computers as much, maybe more, than most people who are sight and light dependent! We read the screens with screenreaders which either speak or turn present characters in braille for a braillle display. However, human developers, most of whom are sighted, have to code the apps and web sites correctly. It isnât difficult, not time-consuming, just requires an inclusive mindset and accessibility coding knowledge. With that said, what I hear on an app may not say the same thing as someone else visually sees. Icons must be labeled with text.Roborock customer service REFUSES to help me learn how to set the app so that the unit will mop. They ask insulting questions such as âdonât you have someone to help.â This is insulting for several reasons. It implies that I cannot possibly live independently, and that if a person with sight was available I was not intelligent enough to ask for visual assistance. Which, of course, if the app was coded correctly would not be necessary.I want to set the robot to mop. The rep is telling me that I have to do this from the map. I know this is not the only way, but he doesnât know how! He blames it on my inability to see, not his incompetence, or the incompetence of those who coded this app. I did set the suction for the device, and set a schedule, figured out how to resolve the wi-fi connection without âsighted assistance.â While someone was looking at a picture of the device, and couldnât figure out where to add water for the mop, I tactually found the rubber stopper and filled the tank! But, that seems impossible to the customer reps. Not only that, but I used to call them from my cell phone, but they seem to have blocked that number, as everytime I call from it now, it rings once then cuts me off. I successfully called them today using my home number! Instead of answering questions, they will often say nothing for over ten minutes, not telling the customer that they are on hold, or indicating, in any way, that the call is still even connected.I consider these issues as proof that this is not a reliable company. They are unethical and non-inclusive, and do not respect their customers. This is really terrible, as I had dreams of purchasing their most expensive model that self-fills the mop, washes and dries the mop pad, and has lots of features that coule be of benefit to me, just as they are to other customers who can afford the $1,500 unit.I am extremely dissapointed with my experience and it makes my experience, though also bad, with iRobot look like fun!

The product is probably nice and effective, but the seller is selling it in Saudi market where the voltage is incompatible to the functioning of the product. They should not sell it in a market which is not right for the product!

What I love most is it almost never gets stuck and I don’t have to remember to empty the container. for a while. Does well with hair and cleaning hair out of rollers takes 2 minutes, great design. Does a whole floor of 1300 sq ft with 65% battery left.Programming is almost very good, with a few minor tricky things, but generally very intuitive. Suction is adequate to all surfaces, not too loud but loud enough that it’s hard to watch TV with it around. Does a really good job with minor omissions sometimes, cleaned 100% if I ran it twice, especially if there was a lot of dirt on the floor. Didn’t try the mop as it’s basically dragging a wet sponge, I’d get the rotating mops in that case for better efficiencyIt would probably not pass the dog-poo test, but I don’t run it unattended

Got this my new vacuum last Sunday. I like this version, unlike my previous vacuum that leave debris behind, this one sucks up all the dirt into a dust bag, so I donât have to deal with extra cleanup. Just toss the bag when full, thatâs an add up! Noise level is minimum, makes it less disruptive. It has laser-smart navigation so I can set where I need it clean and where is no go, it doesnât bump into and damage my furniture. Despite being quiet, it doesnât compromise on performance. It picks up dust, cleaned pet hair very well. (I have a dog and one cat) What truly impressed me was how it automatically increases suction when transitioning from hard floors to plush carpets, ensuring deep cleaning everywhere. Battery is pretty decent, can finish cleaning in one go. Voice control works flawlessly with Alexa Assistant. Overall, I would recommend this one and will get another one for my second floor. Black color looks better than white one. For busy households wanting a true “set it and forget it” experience, this is worth every penny. After few days testing this vacuum, this is the first one that actually makes my life easier, especially for people has petsð¤¥

When I was raising my kids, I would often daydream of having a housekeeper and a chef. None of those came true but this vacuum and mop are as close as I will ever get. My floors are clean, like CU-LEEN!!Buy this!!!!!!!
