the googles are good to a certain point. they are see thru and this device would be better on the neck area and not around the eyes because of the goggles. i even put a type of spa like cloth under them and still not good. will use on my neck and hands. i cannot say not to get this but for me, better for the neck area and hands. the pulse works great and a well made device

Light therapy absolutely works
Been using the blue light for almost 2 weeks now. In my ’60s and still always had clogged oil glands and bumps on my face that would occasionally erupt. I could tell the difference after the first time I used it. Not sure if anyone else could but now my skin is smooth to the touch with no clogs. Next I will try the red light which penetrates a little deeper for aging.

This worked, and I think it is a good product. I used the blue light, but unfortunately it started to trigger dark spots for me. I knew that was a possibility, but I wanted to see if maybe I would be able to use it with no issue. If you’re not prone to dark spots, this could work nicely for you.

I can not write a detailed review about the effectiveness of this product, because the algorithms employed here would see that as making unfounded health claims and not allow my review through. I will just say that the manufacturers claims regarding acne treatment do appear accurate from my experience. Regarding the lamp itself: it is easy to use. It’s small size means you are really just treating a small area of skin about 6x8cms rather than the whole face as with a mask, but this is exactly what I wanted. After prior lengthy research, I found this unit offers pretty much the best wavelengths of blue (415nm) and red 630nm) light. The addition of some 660nm reds would have made it perfect! I followed the instructions regarding charging from empty the first few times, and It is now running for 169 minutes before it stops. I think almost 3 hours is impressive from such a small and lightweight unit. Personally I would recommend this therapy light.
