I loved my new lights. I like that i can set different color temperature if want. It also doubles as A night light on very low settings and as nice ambiance on high setting for night light. It works perfect with Kasa matter dimmer.

I recently installed the Amico 6 Pack 6 Inch 5CCT LED Recessed Ceiling Lights in my home, and Iâm so impressed with the results! These lights are incredibly bright and have completely transformed the look of my rooms. The 5CCT selectable feature is awesomeâbeing able to switch between 2700K, 3000K, 3500K, 4000K, and 5000K means I can customize the lighting to match the mood or time of day. I especially love the night light function for a subtle, soft glow in the evenings.The lights are ultra-thin, which made installation a breezeâno need for a bulky housing, and they fit perfectly in tight spaces. The dimmable feature is fantastic too, allowing me to adjust the brightness based on my needs. Great addition to my bar!
Great addition to my bar! these are super bright. I ended up using only 3 and gave the other one’s away. I put these on a dimmer and I am glad I did! They are so bright in my bar that it can be slightly uncomfortable to look at the tv. I dim them down to about 50% which provides plenty of light and is not uncomfortable to view the tv. Fantastic lights and would buy again.I will say, I thought i would use the night light feature more often. While it does look cool, it just provides weird light the way it illuminates. It could be because I have a textured ceiling and the areas I have them isn’t used daily. Still a nice feature to have, I just don’t use it as often as I expected. You can get the lights out of sync if you flip the switch on and off and back on quickly (to cycle between lights and night light amber you just turn the light off and then back on within a few seconds). However, if you turn them off and leave them for about 10 seconds, it will default back to normal light mode when you turn them back on.

Spend the extra $
Spend the extra money and get these. We went with the cheaper ones and had issues with flickering and dimming. These do not have those issues and are better quality all-around.

Not for guest room, otherwise great!
The installation was easy, no flickering issues. The nightlight setting is nice to have because on the lowest âonâ setting, the lights are BRIGHT. They donât look cheaper than normal canned lights (which arenât a high-end look anyway, but this doesnât look any worse and the price is better). The way you turn on/off the nightlight setting is not intuitive at all so I would not recommend installing these in a guest bedroom/guest bathroom or youâll have to show everyone how to work the lights.I am skeptical as to how long theyâll work for so I promise to update this review when/if they break. No update = good! It is currently September 2025. 🙂

From Outdated to LuxuriousâWeâre Obsessed with These Lights!
Our first impression after installing these lights was pure awe! They completely transformed our home from feeling outdated to looking luxurious and romantic. Weâve even nicknamed the backlighting feature âmovie theater mode,â âhalos,â or âfirefliesâ because we love it so muchâit adds such a unique and cozy vibe.The dimmable feature is a game changer for me. Iâm sensitive to bright lights when Iâm relaxing, but I need plenty of light while cooking in the kitchen. To my surprise, the backlighting is dimmable too, which was an awesome bonus!I also loved being able to choose from five different light color settingsâwe personally enjoy the second warmest one the most. These looked so great and modern that we ended up installing them throughout the entire house. Installation was straightforward, and I was even able to put up several of the lights myself without my husbandâs help!

Easy to install pancake lights with their own junction boxes
So easy to install. Use a 6 inch hole saw. The light comes with it’s own junction box and wire clip connectors. For any Romex wire coming into the box I used a wire clamp connector to keep the wire from being cut on the metal hole from the punch out. The internal wire clip connectors were much easier to use than wire nuts, although I did tape the connectors. The night light function is interesting, although I am not sure how much it will be used.
