This is probably the best pressure washer I’ve ever used. And that says a lot. I have had several pressure washers over the years and I’m glad that the electric washers are finally catching up to the gas powered units.This unit means business, Giraffe Tools has really become a leader in the Pressure washer market and they continue to surprise me every time they roll out a new product. They have created so many models and re-placement upgraded models over that past couple of years that you know they are taking customer input in daily and making sure they stay ahead of the game with true quality.This pressure washer specifically claims 3700psi at 1800w with a brushless motor. It is very quiet and while it doesn’t “sustain” 3700psi it certainly builds it instantly if you need to pop some chewing gum off the side walk, just release the trigger, point and shoot. Instantly unleashing the full force of this machine at once. Be careful washing cars with rust/decals and such. This unit will strip them off pretty quick if you aren’t using the right nozzle. That said, this is the first electric machine I’ve used that could take old paint off of a building. That has always been for the big gas powered units.On top of all this, this unit has a 100′ hose reel built in. 100 FEET. That is more than enough to get around most of my property with and when it retracts it actually runs it self side to side so that you get a nice wind up every time. It takes all the stuff that was never liked about pressure washers, hoses ect and just does it for you. I am blessed to have this on my wall and I will treat it with care for years to come.

Great concept of auto rewind. High enough pressure for most washing. Most people would mount on wall in garage but flimsy if you pull at angle. Will need a 90 degree at inlet to keep hose from kicking at inlet of machine. Whip hose inlet is way short. You will need extension hose. You may screw up the seals if you roll and un-roll under pressure (info is buried in instructions). The unit is heavy. Takes two to hang on wall. Hose does not feel the quality you would think for the price. 4 stars for short inlet hose, no 90 degree for inlet, and flimsy hose tracking.

The build feels solid, and the attachments lock in securely.An excellent choice for homeowners who want a reliable, heavy-duty setup that is always available, and where you don’t have to lug around a bunch of heavy hoses.I have this mounted next to my Giraffe 100ft retractable hose reel with the convenient splitter that was included, so I can connect this to the other side of the splitter and just turn this on when I need it, versus using the retractable hose. It still needs to be plugged in, so mounting near an exterior outlet is a must unless you want to run an extension cord, but that is a small issue overall.

A Fine Pressure Washer That Makes Jobs Much Easier
First and foremost, the brushless motor and pump worked flawlessly. I didn’t measure the sound level because it’s mounted inside my shop, but it was quieter than my other pressure washer which isn’t brushless. The auto-retracting reel also was impressive. Extracted hose will lock in place where I like and a slight tug will initiate a quick and smooth rewind back on the reel. The 100 foot hose is stiff and not my cup of tea, but it didn’t kink and works well with the mechanism. No bubbles or weak spots in the hose. The reel has a hole for an included locking pin to keep it in place if needed. No leaks whatsoever.Installation was easy. Bolt a plate to a wall with the included bolts (even a bubble level), then hang the unit on it. After connecting a water inlet hose (included) and fixing the spray gun to the 100 foot hose, plug it in and you’re ready to go. It’s pretty much pre-assembled. It’s heavy, though, and you may want someone handy to help you lift it. I used a standard outlet and it didn’t throw a breaker.I was unable to measure the working pressure and gallons per minute because I lack the measurement tools to do so, but the pressure is plenty high for most any pressure washer job. GPM is probably somewhere between 1.2 and the stated 1.6 which is ample for most anyone. Rinsing my car was quick.The spray gun has an easy trigger to pull and the extension and quick connect work well. The foam cannon was just passable – but standard for the course for cannons that are included by manufacturers with their pressure washers. If you want a better one, they assume you’ll get one. Many are available for $20 and up. But this one will get you by. The 4 different spray nozzles are perfectly fine.Overall, I was impressed by this pressure washer. It worked great and met my expectations. Having 100 feet of hose and an auto rewinding reel makes jobs so much easier. Gotta give it 5 stars.
