Shake your pain away
I love this thing. When Iâm sore and on my feet all day this helps to alleviate pain and stress from my legs.It is slide resistant, easy set up super easy to use. And quality is great.So many programs to choose from and it helps to ease into workouts. If you limber enough you can sit on it also. I stand and do light squats and planks and I attempt to sit on it (not successfully) but it does the trick and helps to ease my sciatica.Best part is it helps with blood flow.Donât stand for too long cause if you get motion sickness it will trigger it hehe but all in all my legs and lower back have been functional.Oh yeah and It comes with a remote. Itâs small and very easy to misplace. I have no idea where mine is and I miss it because it helped with the settings while on it so I didnât have to bend down

I have a sit down job and this machine is great to relieve leg cramps and soreness. Also helps with hip pain. I used it at night before bed and it does help with restless legs I deed.

Just what I wanted!
Iâve been wanting a vibration plate for a while to help with lymphatic drainage, but had a hard time finding the right one. This one is perfect! Itâs very quiet, sturdy, and easy to use, it comes with the vibration plate, a plug in chord, remote with batteries, hooks on bottom for resistance bands, and a user manual. Goes up to 99 different speed levels, Iâve only gone up to 25 and it shakes you pretty good, in the video Iâm only on level 1 and itâs still shaking a lot! Love using it while watching a show, the timer only goes up to 10 minutes which is fine, if you want to do it longer you can just start it over again. My only issue is that I donât know what the âHAâ stands for that flashes across the screen. I donât know if Iâm just dumb, but I canât find it anywhere in the user manual. Itâs not that big of a deal, it just bothers me that I donât know what it stands for. I did notice after the first couple times that I had pain in my armpit afterwards and I looked it up and it said that it was from the increased activity in lymphatic system so I definitely think itâs working! Also feels good on my lower back and shoulders pain. I love it!

Shake shake shake
I donât know what I expected, but it wasnât full-body possession by the ghost of Jazzercise. I stood on this plate for ten minutes and it SHOOK ME TO MY CORE, literally. My teeth were chattering, my booty was bouncing like it owed someone rent, and I swear I unlocked a trapped emotion from 1997. At one point, I think my soul tried to leave my body but the machine vibrated it back in.You want lymphatic drainage? Youâll get it. You want muscle engagement? Done. You want to involuntarily twerk in your living room while contemplating your life choices? THIS IS THE ONE.Side effects include spontaneous booty enlightenment, minor exorcisms, and the sudden urge to drink a green juice and call your chiropractor.Highly recommend. Just donât sneeze while standing on it. Trust me.

Worked good at first…
Wanted to wait and utilize this device before posting a review. Thought I would wait a year, but after less than 7 months, it’s already starting to breakdown. At first, it worked exactly as described. The different settings for time and power level were good. The vibrations helped relieve fatigue and move lymphatic fluid, while also helping to boost circulation. It was also quiet. Something that is glaringly different now is the sound. About a month ago, it started to make a slight grinding and clanking noise. I ignored it thinking it was just an anomaly and would go away. Fast forward to now, whenever I turn it on, it sounds like someone is shaking an aluminum can filled with rocks. It is loud! And the issue is there is no remedy for it. I searched for a way to open the motor compartment under the device but there is no access. Besides, why should I have to oil parts? Too bad too because as someone with autoimmune disease that affects my muscles and joints, this device was great in the beginning, helping to bring some relief. Also, before anyone asks, I am nowhere near the weight limit of this device…unless the stated weight limit is false…

if you are from uae donât buy it, I bought it and plugged it to the electricity and then it keep working on full speed no stop till it literally made explosion sound, then a white smoke came out of it.I was scared it is going to burn my house.

I really like my vibration plate. Iâm a heavier person so I got this because it is suited for plus size and I have not been disappointed. I do like the programming, itâs very intuitive.I find it helps the edema in my legs and ankles if I use it on a slower speed and do it more often through the week. I donât always see the same outcome with the higher programming, but I do feel the P4 and P5 in my legs and butt which is also a desired outcome!

I just received it this morning really easy to set up just plug it in the remote worked fine and I couldnât believe how much power it had as far as vibration. My whole body was shaking, very quiet so you can sit or stand and watch TV and not really miss out on anything. Havenât tried any of the pre-set programs yet. I have used the remote control which works. I think if you follow the little booklet they gave, you get your circulation back up and start taking short walks. Weight loss is going to go much much faster, which is what I bought it for. Very pleased. It also is only a 2 prong outlet plug which is great as not all our electrical outlets are 3 so itâll work anywhere thereâs a plug
