Fantastic kitchen equipment
This is a great toaster oven/ convection oven. The controls are very intuitive,easy to learn. I personally was someone who was vehemently against air fryers, but the air fryer setting on this thing is fantastic. French fries and chicken nuggets come out great.Clean up is very easy with the bottom tray being very accessible.Highly recommend.

I love this air fryer! It has so many options. Easy to use, gets very hot very quickly. Itâs just that the tray gets stained very easily.

Love this air fryer it’s huge but not to huge fits a while pizza and does its job well I’ve had it few months and this baby rocks love the French doors very classy

My first air fryer. Really versatile, air fryâs , bakes, and toasts!
Overall design is good, double doors really convenient. It took me a while to figure out the instructions and then it all made sense. Air fried some breaded chicken breast and they turned out great (no oil). My college age grandson who previously only used the microwave is a big fan for cooking frozen stuff and reheating pizza. Last night I did my first double – chicken breasts and potato wedges cooked at the same time using different racks – great time save and results. This is a keeper and well worth the money.

Poor product and bad customer service
I bought this for a Christmas present in Nov 2023. We didn’t use it until January 2024. In May 2025, the dial for selecting the cooking method and the temperature started not working and makes it hard to select the correct setting. I reached out to the manufacturer and they would not even help to fix it since the 12 month warranty was up. I would have had to pay for shipping and repair. It was barely over a year old. I will never buy their products again.

Larger than it looks and it’s great!
Some toaster ovens are very small and barley able to reheat leftovers. That is NOT the case with this air fryer.This oven has become our every day oven and we LOVE it! Our full size oven is now only used on occasion because we can cook every day meals faster in this oven with the various modes.Our favorite is the commercial style doors! Great design!

I could see this item was shipped from abroad before purchasing and contacted Amzn customer service who confirmed verbally and sent an email to me stating it would arrive with a UK plug. Be warned mine arrived as pictured. We were literally counting down the days to its delivery as nothing like it sold in the Uk by Gourmia or Cuisinart. Return not collectible so had to carry this heavy item to a UPS pickup. Should not be sold in UK without a warning it comes wired for USA.
