Effective in reducing broken baked goods
Works great, no more broken baked goods.

work well
These work great! They are thin so it’s more like using parchment paper without the waste. I’ve used liners that are thicker but they seem to make the cake take longer to get done in the middle so the edges end up browner than I like. The King Arthur ones release well.

Not as good as I hoped
I normally use Silpat for all my pan liners and have been very happy with the quality. However, for the life of me I can’t find Silpat 9″ square pan liners. I decided since King Arthur has such a good reputation and I love their flour I would give their version a shot.Sadly I was not impressed. They are much thinner than Silpats so feel flimsy in comparison. Silpats have the nice firm heavy duty edging that makes them sturdy and easier to handle and control; KA’s do not. They have square corners where my pans (Nordic Ware) have rounded corners, so they don’t lie flat. (Some square baking pans do have square corners so this is something I missed when ordering and not necessarily as issue with the KA liners.)These may or may not be dealbreakers for others. I looked at the other reviews and some liked the thinner material so think about your needs (and pans) before ordering. I have returned mine and will look at the Silpat knockoff’s instead.

Quality silicone but doesnât fit my 8â pan.
I was hoping these would work with my old 8â pans, but they do not. It seems odd. But Iâm wondering if the new 8â pans are slightly larger than 8â or if the old pansâIâm talking over 30 years oldâwere slightly less than 8 inches. The silicone liners are thin but really nice. Unfortunately, I havenât been able to use them, so Iâm rating the quality of the item. I prefer to use these over cutting parchment paper every time. Buying new pans is definitely in order.

Great
Great size for my toaster oven. The quality is good and the clean up nicely after using them. So far everything has come off them with out sticking. They are small.. but I that’s why I bought them.
