My favorite small bands for workouts. The gray is the most challenging. Red is good for light work.

Good resistance
This brand is used in my wifeâs gym. Over time, when used by different individuals with varying strengths, this band does break. However, with personal use (used at home), this bandâs resistance is good. The price of this band may be cheaper when ordering directly from the company. I would recommend this band.

Good Tension & Durable
I have two of the Power Systems Versa-Loop resistance bands, blue and red. I like this brand of mobility bands because they provide good tension and are durable for daily use.

Band snapped after 2 months of use
I bought this band July 23rd and it snapped in half while I was exercising with it on my legs. I like the thickness of the band and it does make me workout harder with more resistance. I will buy it again in hopes that it doesn’t snap this time. I only had it for 2 months.

Poor Quality
These bands are of very poor quality. They break and tear very easily and are not durable at all. In one year of being open, we’ve needed multiple replacements. Would happily choose another brand, but required by our franchise agreement to use powersystems. Definitely low-quality products. Also, the company charges a 10% restocking fee on all items – even when the item breaks!

Thick and durable! I love it. They donât roll down or up they def stay in place for sure! I used these at one of my gym classes and ever since i used them i fell in love so i just had to buy my own! You wonât regret it.
