They do Work!
I was skeptical about using the product because of the maker. However after reading the reviews I decided on purchasing these a few months back at Target initially. After weak one I noticed a difference in my skin and even the 2 wrinkles I have on my forehead from sleeping on my face . Both of those have lightened up and one almost gone by week 4. The gummies are a bit big but easy to chew and they donât stick to your teeth. The taste was better than I expected. My hair and nails have been growing faster than expected . I saw that they were on sale for Prime days and picked some up. I also bought the Focus for my son which he hasnât tried yet, but weâll start those a week before school to see how they work. So far. I very happy with these vitamins.

Growing nails
These supplements are so good they taste well. They donât upset my stomach and they really work after two weeks of taking them. My nails were growing out of control. I noticed after a month of taking them my hair was growing at least an inch or more a month and my hair was stronger my skin. I did notice a few things, but of course Iâm getting a little older so we have to take care of our skin now that weâre in our 40s, but this is a really great product. One of them of the Kardashians got something right to help women .

Sticky but good
I don’t know how much these are helping my hair, skin, and nails, but they taste good. No funny after-taste and no weird texture. Definitely hide these from the kiddos or they will think they are just candy for sure.The only drawback so far (the reason for 4 out of 5 stars) is that when you first get it, the whole bottle is melted together in a huge glob of gummies. You will struggle to get them out of the small top but it’s more tedious than difficult. Once mine were all out, I peeled them apart and dropped several healthy pinches of corn starch in the bottle to keep them from sticking together again.

Fabulous product. Easy to eat because they taste good. They are easy on the stomach. I take them everyday and they are great for my skin, nails and hair. Iâve actually had significant improvement in my skin all over my body. My hair feels more full. Nails are healthy. Definitely a must. Iâve been taking these monthly for about 1 year.

Not sure itâs worth it
Been taking these a while. Hair may have grown/thickened slightly, but nails still brittle & breaking. Every bottle Iâve received (and there have been upwards of 20), all gummies are stuck together and quite the chore to get out of the bottle.

Subtle differences after 1 Month
For full results it says to take this product for at least three months. I am currently at the beginning of my second month and have noticed some subtle improvements.The overall health of skin looks and feels better. Same goes for me hair and nails. My nails in particular is where I’ve seen the greatest improvement. They started growing just a little bit faster.I personally am not a fan of the taste, it tastes like artificial peach. It’s not horrible and it has no after taste so it doesn’t deter me from wanting to take them everyday.The only other issue I have is that once opened even with the lid on the gummy vitamins dry out very quickly, by the end of the month they have a rough exterior.
