So far loving this exercise device. Its put together in one minute. Its comfortable on my thighs. Was skeptical on quality at first, but the quality is excellent. This is made well and will last. I can update the review after i have used it long enough and after I have used it in other positions. The exercise band it came with is made of cloth material and high quality. Excited to start using this daily! Am so glad i made the jump to buy this.

Questionable functionality
Iâm not sure I like this product. It is well made and sturdy, however its functionality’s seems limited. I think if it was larger in size, âarmsâ more extended, it would have been better and would actually feel Iâm working out. By the way Iâm a normal/ petite size person. Iâll probably be returning.

Easy to assemble, simple, clever, quiet, and does exactly what I bought it for. As long as I use this daily, I am sure it will have a positive effect.The included “exercise band” at first baffled me baffle me because there are no instructions for it included.BUT, I figured out that the band provides a very useful and effective exercise for the OPPOSING muscles that the pelvic exerciser strengthens.Definitely a 5 star product. Would buy again.

Easy to use pretty tight maybe this will get easier as I work out more. I can only do a few reps at a time then must rest. I walk 10k plus a day, but these are different muscles. Fatigue hits pretty quickly. Easy to put together. Easy to use, small and compact. You can change the tension a little by moving the product up/down your leg. Small and easy to store. Comes with a little book of suggested exercises and amount of reps to use. I chose the green, and itâs nice. Numerous low key colors if youâre not interested in all black equipment. Great design for the area. Really gets those inner thigh muscles
